PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, both have launched in the market, now the two consoles are being compared depending upon the performance like always. For testing Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is a nice option, as it is a next-gen game, supports multiplatform, and offers both 120fps and Ray Tracing performance mode.
Digital Foundry, which performs technical analysis of games, they have put the game through its paces and has done more analysis which all are explained in the below video.
So, according to you, which console performs better? Coming to the Ray Tracing, when both the consoles are tested in the Ray Tracing/60 fps mode, Xbox Series X performs better, running at a solid 60 fps, whereas PS5 occasionally declines to 40fps. But when the consoles are compared depending upon 120fps performance mode, the PS5 beats the Xbox Series X. It is noticed that even in many hardware-challenging moments, PS5 was around 10 frames ahead of than XSX version.
It is hard to say about the existing inequality between the two consoles. Seeing the output, we can say both the console offers more or less the same image quality, in both 4K and performance mode, the dynamic resolution was also the same. Having a superior GPU might help Xbox Series X to perform better in Ray Tracing.
Digital Foundry has also compared the performance of Xbox Series S, which obviously has visual sacrifices, less environmental detail, and the dynamic resolution comes with an output of 1200p, which has been targeted at 1440p. A constant 60fps of video output is seen in XSS.
Shortly, there will be available more reviews with different next-gen games. We will bring all the details to you. Stay tuned with us.
BOE, the Chinese electronics company has launched a display, which is the world’s first 55-inch UHD AMQLED display. At the starting of this year, the display panel maker launched a high-resolution quantum light-emitting diode display.
Don’t get confused with the AMQLED display with a QLED display. QLED display is a normal LCD, but the AMQLED display is clusters of quantum dots, acting as pixels, which emits light when an electric current is applied. The additional attraction is the R&D of large quantum dot printing technology and products.
The Chinese display panel maker has explained about its new product, “Quantum dot technology has made its way into display products including photoluminescent quantum dot-based backlight unit (QD-BLU) and electroluminescent AMQLED. AMQLED displays do not require a backlight; instead, quantum dots can emit light themselves when stimulated by the current. AMQLED displays present a variety of advantages such as self-emitting, a wide colour gamut, and a long lifetime, representing the development trend of quantum dot displays.”
BOE has taken a step forward in technological innovation by the uniformity and stability during large-size quantum dot printing. The new AMQLED display from BOE comes with a 55-inch 4K display and it features a 3840×2160 resolution, a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1, a color gamut of 119% NTSC.
BOE is a leading global company of quantum dot electroluminescent research and development. The company launched a prototype of 5-inch and 14-inch AMQLED in 2017, fabricated by inkjet printing. So, this is the first step after the prototyping stage.
Apple iPad 8th Gen is the most budget friendly powerful iPad of 2020 with a perfect balance of battery and performance. The iPad 8th Gen is in high demands in India from the time of availability. The 32GB WiFi base version which is priced at ₹29,900 is the hot selling model along with the 128GB WiFi model which is priced at ₹37,900. Both the non-cellular models are very popular now a days so we managed to get hand on both of them and tried to run a comparison on both determining which is better for your use. We are particularly focusing on the WiFi models as the cellular models are just an SIM addition to the WiFi models.
As we all know the specifications of the iPad 8th Gen by now still we are providing some key specifications of the device for better understanding.
Gorgeous 10.2-inch Retina display
A12 Bionic chip with Neural Engine
Support for Apple Pencil (1st generation) and Smart Keyboard
8MP back camera, 1.2MP FaceTime HD front camera
Stereo speakers
802.11ac Wi-Fi
Up to 10 hours of battery life
Lightning connector for charging and accessories
Touch ID for secure authentication and Apple Pay
iPadOS brings new capabilities designed specifically for iPad
Benchmark Comparison
In a pure tech comparison based on the AnTuTu Benchmark, the iPad 8th Gen with 32GB memory scored healthy 395,976 points, making it one of the fastest budget tablets. Whereas, the 128GB WiFi version scored a whopping 411,270 points claiming itself as one of the powerful tabs in its price segment. The key improvement here is the inclusion of the new 7nm based A12 Bionic chip with Neural Engine, which is a total beast.
iPad 8th Gen 32GB WiFi
iPad 8th Gen 128GB WiFi
Real-life comarison
As you have seen the benchmark comparison and becomes a mere game of numbers when day-to-day tasks hits. Both the models of the iPad 8th Gen are capable of handling day-to-day tasks like YouTube, Surfing the internet, Social media, and others with ease.
Also, the RAM of the device has been upgraded to 3GB, and this does help when you have a habit of opening quite a lot of apps in the background. A lot of background apps can be kept without disturbing the performance of the iPad and thanks to the A12 Bionic chip it can also handle all the multitasking as well as the split-screen multitasking with ease.
Be a student or any professional, iPad 8th Gen is the best budget tablet to work on. From taking notes to creating illustrations it handles all the tasks seamlessly. The Apple iPencil 1st Gen is the perfect match for this device for doing tasks.
In the case of storage, the 128GB version can provide some more space to move but in the case of 32GB it kind of feels like a restriction, and with the old Lightning port it becomes more restricted to use any other external storage devices with ease. In 128GB you can get enough space to store your apps and movies as well in the device.
Conclusion
See the full review on the iPad 8th Gen 32GB here. The price difference is just INR 9,000 between 32GB and 128GB models, so if you want to just have it for any daily usage purpose then the 32GB version will be the right choice. But if you want to have an iPad for educational and work purposes then you should go for a 128GB version as it will allow you to have more storage space and you can store your works easily.
Antoine Griezmann signed for Barcelona before the 2019-20 season began. The former Atletico Madrid player was on Barcelona’s radar from 2018.
Initially, he refused to sign for the Catalans but eventually he ended up signing for Barcelona a year later. Since joining it hasn’t been easy for the Frenchman at the Camp Nou.
Griezmann joined Barcelona when Ernesto Valverde was the manager but he was sacked and replaced by Quique Setien after the El Clasico defeat. But Setien didn’t last long as he was also sacked when Barcelona suffered an 8-2 humiliation at the hands of Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
Now, Barcelona is in the hands of their former player, Ronald Koeman who has been trusted with the job of transforming the team.
According to a report by Mundo Deportivo, Antoine Griezmann, in the Universo Valdano program in Vamos, talked about the relationship he had with the three managers.
On Ernesto Valverde, he stressed that “he asked me to play on the left and go into space. Sometimes going inside, but being especially with Jordi Alba going into space. He is the one who brought me and I have a lot of respect for him. I noticed his confidence. “
On the other hand, he explained a curious chapter with Quique Setién, of which he said that “I learned a lot from the ball exit and from some unmarkings and passes during the game.”
“My relationship with him was normal. My parents sometimes told me to ask him why I didn’t play or why I changed and I said it didn’t make sense, because they weren’t asked when I started either. After Athletic I played for five minutes, he told me he wanted to talk to me and I told him that it was not necessary. He told me how long was he going to be angry. I told him calm down, that I would work and I would not complain. If you want to put me, you put me. I’m still mad at Quique for missing that game,” he said with a smile.
Griezmann also took the opportunity to clarify his statements about his position, which some took advantage of to interpret it as an attack on Ronald Koeman.
He said: “I wanted to defend Deschamps, I was not talking about Koeman, but they wanted to make a controversy. There is always something and I can never enjoy myself, I hope everything calms down.”
Barcelona hasn’t been doing well on the field this season. They recently lost 1-0 to Atletico Madrid courtesy Carrasco’s brilliance and Ter-Stegen’s error.
The Catalans are in a transition phase with Lionel Messi in a decline. The new manager, Ronald Koeman has rightfully placed the focus on the whole team rather than one person, Messi. Koeman wants to create a team not reliable on a single player but he is far away from achieving that target.
Former Atletico Madrid player, Antoine Griezmann signed up for Barcelona last season but he hasn’t lived up to the expectations till now. The Frenchman seems to have not settled down quite yet at Camp Nou.
According to a report by Mundo Deportivo, Antoine Griezmann , in the Universo Valdano program in Vamos, talked about his arrival at Barça and his relationship with Leo Messi.
He said: “There could be comments even in the dressing room, but I wanted to apologize if I had to, on the field.”
“I spoke with Leo when I arrived and he told me that he screwed up when I refused to go the first time, because he had made public comments and that in the end, I said no. But he told me that once I was on his team he would go to death with me and what I feel every day.” The conversation ended with Messi accepting the Frenchman in the Barcelona team.
Griezmann clarified again about ‘The Decision’ of not joining Barcelona in 2018: “I wanted to show people how a professional lives in a situation like this, I did not want to laugh at anyone,”
“You listen to a lot of people, but you choose. My wife helped me, it was not easy. My parents were upset by the decision and by the documentary because they would have preferred me to say if I stayed or not and because they wanted to see me at Barça, but I was not ready yet.”
Then finally in 2019, Griezmann joined Barcelona. He added: “There came a time when I needed a change, important teammates from the dressing room left and that helped me decide, like Godín or Lucas. I already felt ready to see other things.”
Koeman would hope that Griezmann quickly finds his feet at Barcelona and helps the team to revive.

Fabinho returned from injury to take charge of the centre-back role and looked very comfortable at the back. The scoring opened 20 minutes into the game when Leicester centre-back Jonny Evans comically headed in an own goal from a set-piece position.
Diogo Jota then managed to double the Reds’ lead shortly before half-time. Andy Robertson’s cross found Jota as the Portuguese made a great run across the box and completely beat Schmeichel.
2 – Roberto Firmino has scored two goals in Liverpool's five league games at Anfield this season; he only scored once in 19 Premier League home games in the whole of 2019-20. Awaited. pic.twitter.com/TIFmDsPitx
Liverpool had the chance to knock five or six past the visitors but were unlucky. However, Bobby Firmino managed to get on the scoresheet as well as he headed home a corner delivered by James Milner to bury the match in favour of the hosts.
Player of the Week
Dominic Calvert-Lewin: Everton
A first-minute goal against Fulham and a brilliant close-range strike to bag a brace and isolate himself at the top of the Premier League scoring charts once again, Dominic Calvert-Lewin was absolutely in form against a frightened Fulham defense.
The England international is the first to reach double digits in goals scored this season. His performances this season have made him one of the hottest prospects in the Premier League this season.
Who/What is in the Spotlight?
Tottenham’s 2-0 win against City at home to keep Guardiola’s side in 13th.

Football without fans can never be complete. But because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was not possible to allow anyone into the stadium.
But UEFA has already told that 1/3rd of the fans can be allowed by maintaining the social distancing norms and rules of local government.
Germany and France’s government have already allowed fans in their matches. Now the British government has also given the green signal to allow fans into the stadium. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced that the fans will be back in the stadium after the end of the national lockdown on 2nd December.

How that affects sport: Tier 1, up to 4,000 fans allowed in stadiums Tier 2, up to 2,000 fans allowed Tier 3, no fans pic.twitter.com/r8qGHcoerW
According to The Telegraph, the return of fans to stadiums will be adopted via a tiered-approach. There will be three different tires.
Tier 1 will be for lower-risk areas. A maximum of 4000 fans will be allowed in those areas.
Tier 2 is for relatively higher risk areas than tier 1. A maximum of 2000 fans will be allowed in those areas.
Tier 3 is for highest risk areas. No fans will be allowed to enter in those regions.
Boris Johnson has also announced that the tier division will be published within this week.

Liverpool and Manchester City have been the most dominant sides in the Premier League over the last three seasons. City won the title for two successive times under Pep Guardiola before Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool snatched the Premier League title with utmost dominance last season.
But the 2020-21 Premier League season seems a bit different. There isn’t any outright winner in the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool. Chelsea have invested heavily in their squad this summer after facing transfer ban for the previous transfer windows. The other Premier League sides outside the Big Six have also improved and have almost removed the gap.
Manchester United legend Gary Neville thinks that this season can be a title race between a former manager and his player. Frank Lampard has got numerous success under Jose Mourinho at Chelsea but the two are now in different dugouts. Frank Lampard managing his former team Chelsea and Mourinho in the Tottenham Hotspur dugout.
Mourinho has transformed the side with some big signings like Bale and Reguilon and forming a terrific partnership between Kane and Son. They are looking like serious title contenders and are on top of the table, alongside Liverpool, after beating Manchester City by 2-0 last weekend.
Neville said on The Gary Neville Podcast: “I’m excited for next Sunday with Chelsea playing Tottenham.”
“It’s an interesting season. We thought Chelsea might be interesting at the start of the season as they have a young, exciting squad – it looks like Frank Lampard is starting to get it right. He was still searching for his best team in the first few matches to try and fit everyone in. There were certain players that weren’t fit but now they are and he’s starting to work it out. They look pretty strong.”
“Is it a season where Jose Mourinho and Frank Lampard being up against each other in a title race? I thought Liverpool would run away with it, but not now, not the with Virgil van Dijk injury. That’s the one that is the gamechanger and exposes them a lot more.”
