Last year, the Korean electronics giant Samsung introduced Fan Edition of the flagship Galaxy S20 series smartphone. The Galaxy S20 FE was a cheaper version of the standard model, having some minor changes. At the launch event, Samsung promised us to release Fan Editions of its flagship S series smartphones every year. Currently, it seems the company is working on it.

It further assumed that Samsung will put a 6.5-inch display, other than 6.2-inch like the S21 or 6.7-inch like the S21+, having a 120Hz refresh rate. Unfortunately, the panel will miss HDR support. In the case of processor, the same processors will be assigned, however, RAM size will be reduced to 6GB and internal memory capacity options will be 128GB and 256GB.

The arrival of the Galaxy S21 FE is confirmed as Samsung promised us last year. It must be seen that how much similarity there will in the actual Galaxy S21 FE. If we go with LetsGoDigital, the launch should be scheduled at any one time in the second half of 2021.
Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd (“RJIL”) announces that it has successfully acquired the right to use spectrum in all 22 circles across India in the recently concluded spectrum auctions conducted by the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India.
RJIL has very well balanced spectrum for LTE Services and future upgradation to 5G Technology
Through this acquisition, RJIL’s total owned spectrum footprint has increased significantly, by 55%, to 1,717 MHz (uplink+ downlink).
RJIL has the highest amount of sub-GHz spectrum with 2X10 MHz contiguous spectrum in most circles. It also has at least 2X10 MHz in 1800 MHz band and 40 MHz in 2300 MHz band in each of the 22 circles.
RJIL has achieved complete spectrum derisking, with average life of owned spectrum of 15.5 years.
RJIL’s spectrum has been acquired in the most cost efficient manner with an effective cost of Rs 60.8 crore per MHz.
With the enhanced spectrum footprint, especially contiguous spectrum, and pan-India infrastructure deployed, RJIL has enhanced network capacity to service its existing users as well as hundreds of millions of more subscribers on its network.
The acquired spectrum can be utilised for transition to 5G services at the appropriate time, where Jio has developed its own 5G stack.
Sh. Mukesh D Ambani, Chairman, Reliance Industries, said, “Jio has revolutionised the digital landscape of India with the country becoming the fastest adopter of Digital Life. We want to ensure that we keep on enhancing experiences, not only for our existing customers, but also for the next 300 million users that will move to digital services. With our increased spectrum footprint, we are ready to further expand the digital footprint in India as well as get ourselves ready for the imminent 5G rollout.”
Samsung has already made a good start to 2021 by launching two new & powerful Exynos chips – 2100 and 1080. Now, it seems the South Korean giant will make new chips for its other smartphones, which is expected to be much better than their predecessors.
The 2021 Exynos chips coming include three of them, according to @UniverseIce, and it is very likely to see the entry-level Exynos 850 refreshed as well. Rumors say that chip could be called the Samsung Exynos 851.
Also, recently we heard of the Exynos 2200, which will finally sport AMD Radeon GPU will be launched in its next flagship product. On the other hand, the Samsung Exynos 1080 successor is all set to arrive as the Exynos 1200 chip.
All of these Samsung Exynos chips could end up offering 5G connectivity as more and more companies are offering 5G smartphones at the budget as well as mid-range price points. All of these chipsets should be made out of Samsung’s own manufacturing process and could end up launching in the second half of 2021.
The Egyptian National Football Team U23’s head coach Shawky Gharib has confirmed that Mohamed Salah will be included in the Olympic squad and would be expected to lead his country. Salah will be one of the three senior members of the team.
Shawky Gharib said: “Egypt U-23 team’s preliminary squad will be led by Mohamed Salah and Mohamed El-Shenawy alongside another goalkeeper.”
“Salah is currently one of the most important players in the world and it’s normal to call him for Egypt’s Olympic squad. We will start the official talks with Liverpool after the international break next March.”
However, Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp is reluctant to let Salah leave for the Olympics as he will miss the start of the Premier League 2021-22 season, which can be a huge blow for the Reds.
The Olympics is set to be held from 23rd July to 7th August. Meanwhile, the Premier League 2021-22 season will start on 8th August.
So this means Salah will miss the pre-season with the Reds and possibly the opening weeks of the season unless Jurgen Klopp decides to use him right after the Olympics.
The final Olympics team has not been announced yet and it seems Liverpool will definitely have a talk with the Egyptian national football team officials.

With David Alaba and Jerome Boateng set to leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season, the German giants will be without two much needed first-team centre backs. The signing of Dayot Upamecano has given fans something new to look forward to next season, and there could be more.
According to Italian news outlet Tuttosport, Bayern Munich are set to move for Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly in the summer and are preparing a bid worth £39 million to sign the Senegalese defender. Koulibaly’s agent and Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis met to discuss the offer made by the sextuple winners.
The centre-back was one of the most sought after players in the transfer windows of yesteryear, and was linked with moves to Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United who were all looking for a reliable defender.
With Niklas Sule struggling with injuries, and Bayern’s defense being shaky this time around, the addition of an experienced player like Koulibaly will make Bayern seemingly unstoppable. The likes of Lucas Hernandez and Niklas Sule are already at the club and will be competing with Upamecano and possibly Koulibaly for game time.
Napoli were previously demanding double the amount that Bayern have placed a bid for, but the team’s performance this season, coupled with the financial situation across the world could possibly force the Azzuri to accept the bid for their best defender.
But with that said, it is also worth noting that if Napoli do end up accepting a bid that low, other teams across Europe will also want to try and sign the player.
Manchester United’s dreadful run against the ‘Big 6’ of the Premier League extended after the draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last Sunday. Former Manchester United captain Roy Keane slammed them for their poor form against the top teams in the league.
Manchester United is still to secure a win against the ‘Big 6’ of the Premier League this season. The goalless draw against Chelsea was Manchester United’s 7th game against the traditional ‘Big 6’ of the Premier League. All the matches were low-intensity and low-scoring except the game against Tottenham Hotspurs which the Red Devils lost by 6-1 at Old Trafford.
In the seven games against the top teams of Premier League, Manchester United only secured 5 points and still to register a win against them. They have dropped a total of 16 points in these matches and now 12 points behind the league leaders Manchester City.
Man Utd have not beaten a 'Big Six' rival in the Premier League this season:
(H) 1-6 vs Spurs (H) 0-0 vs Chelsea (H) 0-1 vs Arsenal (H) 0-0 vs Man City (A) 0-0 vs Liverpool (A) 0-0 vs Arsenal (A) 0-0 vs Chelsea
The Red Devils have been highly criticized for their poor form against the top teams of the Premier League. Even their Portuguese talisman Bruno Fernandes has just 1 goal in these seven games without any assists.
Former Manchester United captain Roy Keane told Sky Sports, “I think Man Utd are looking at the teams more behind them and trying to keep the distance, instead of saying ‘let’s go and win football matches’. I think that’s why you’re at Man Utd – to win matches and try and chase Man City down.”
“From that second-half performance, yes [they have given up the fight]. I think they’re concentrating on cementing second place and winning a cup. A real lack of quality from United. When you look back at the big games where they’ve not produced, that must be a concern. They have scored the most goals in the league, so they do try to win, but in these games, I think their mindset is ‘let’s not be beaten’.”- he added.
“Maybe they are scarred from the Spurs game. Some of these games have been really boring, considering there are some really good attacking players on the team. The lack of goals from United players might be something to do with their mindset, or just settling for the draw. Their mindset is just not to be beaten in these big games, rather than going for it.”
