Paris Saint-Germain are yet to agree on a new contract with Kylian Mbappe and that has given rise to rumours linking the star player away from the French capital. Manchester City are the latest to be thrown into the list of clubs that could move to sign the player, with the only other prominent suitors being Real Madrid and Liverpool. 

The main reasons behind Manchester City being linked with the player is due to the club looking for a long-term replacement for Sergio Aguero, whose contract expires in the summer. The Argentinian has not yet made his decision regarding his future.

In a recent report by the Athletic, Mbappe has reportedly asked for a £600,000 contract from Paris Saint-Germain or any other club who is willing to pursue the player, which includes Manchester City. Paris Saint-Germain on the other hand, are holding out for a transfer fee worth £174 million for the sensational forward. 

But there have been numerous sources that have stated that Paris will do everything in their power to keep the player at the club, going as far as to say that the owner of the club, alongside Sporting Director Leonardo, will try to agree to Mbappe’s demands to keep him at the club. One of the main demands the player had was his inclusion in sporting decisions.

A number of opportunities for engagement and collaborations were highlighted in the lead up to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, at the World Cup and beyond

ZURICH, Switzerland, March 9, 2021/ — The United Nations Deputy Secretary-General Ms. Amina J. Mohammed had a virtual meeting with FIFA President Gianni Infantino in which they exchanged views on shared priorities and the importance of urgent actions and commitments to implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. They discussed the role of football as a force for good and a tool for hope, particularly as the world recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic. A number of opportunities for engagement and collaborations were highlighted in the lead up to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, at the World Cup and beyond.

“The United Nations welcomes the collaboration with FIFA, particularly football’s potential in supporting the SDGs,” Ms. Mohammed said. “Our engagement is important to best identify how we can advance the Sustainable Development Goals not only at the global level, but also at regional and local level to ensure no one is left behind.”

The FIFA President agreed, adding that it was important for football to be at the service of society. “It is important for us at the new FIFA to be able to engage with the UN. The new FIFA is a responsible body and a sustainable organisation. It is an organisation that is aware that football goes beyond playing competitions. Football is much more than that.”

The call, which took place on 8 March, International Women’s Day was an opportunity to reflect on the role of the sport in advancing gender equality and building better mechanisms to protect from abuse and marginalisation. Both leaders agreed that while having a vaccine was an important step in the effort to end the pandemic, the vaccine needed to be a people’s vaccine with equitable availability around the world. Ms. Mohammed highlighted the Secretary-General’s call for reimagining multilateralism and need for working with new and untraditional actors around the world to promote the Global Goals and the United Nations Agenda.

The FIFA President spoke about the need to build on positive examples around the world when communities and countries came together, how football can support the recovery process, and also the role that football can have in education.

“The common language of football works everywhere, and it is in the DNA of the new FIFA to be open and we will use our competitions to get the message across,” the FIFA President said. “Through the Football for Schools programme and via a new African schools tournament programme, our focus is not only on football. FIFA strongly believes that through football, you can speak about everything, as it teaches children about values and rules, and we want to use football’s force for education.”

The two leaders concluded by agreeing to strengthen existing relationships and to develop further plans in relation to the SDGs.

I own the 12+256GB version of the OnePlus Nord 5G, and it has been great in almost every aspect. It was running on Android 10, but now it has got an update for Android 11.

The smartphone manufacturer has pushed a new update to the OnePlus Nord Oxygen OS. The new updated OS version is 11.AC01DA. The update is 2910 MB in size. It updates the Android version to 11, along with various other changes.

Mumbai City FC progressed into the finals of the 2020-21 Hero ISL, defeating home club FC Goa on penalties 6-5 in the second leg to seal their place in the last match of the season. 

The Sky Blues have won the ISL Winner’s Shield by finishing first in the group stage season as well and will be fancying their chances to complete a domestic double by winning the knockout stage of the tournament. 

The winners of the first semi-finals will be facing either one of ATK Mohun Bagan or NorthEast United, whoever manages to win the other semi-final. But if this season’s form is anything to go by, Mohun Bagan are the favourites to progress to the finals ahead of Northeast and are also favoured to successfully defend their title. 

A final between Mumbai City FC and ATK Mohun Bagan will no doubt be one with very high stakes. Mumbai won the league on goal difference after being level on points with the Mariners and this could present the opportunity to extract revenge for ATKMB or a chance for Mumbai to assert their dominance over the runners up in the league. 

On the other hand, NorthEast United could also get an upset victory over ATKMB to challenge Mumbai in the finals. That matchup too, would be interesting in the sense that it would be a David Vs Goliath affair rather than two of the outright best teams going at it head to head. 

In any case, considering the performance that Mumbai have put on throughout the season, their chances of winning the knockout stage exceed that of everyone else.

The March 8 Patch Notes of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Include MP

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War gets a new small update that makes the game finer which includes multiplayer, the League Play mode, and Zombies.

The Rapid Fire Moshpit playlist has been added to quick play in the Multiplayer, and this is the only change at that moment (though additional playlist updates could appear later in the week). The Guerrilla Warfare challenge for the multiplayer has been updated now, so now it can track kills from any weapon instead of only those weapons from players you have killed.

Now, the Helping Hand challenge can track Spy Plane scoring because it was not accurate before. The update fixes an issue with the competitive League Play mode that could cause names to appear blank. It also does fix another issue where players could be assigned a “broken” Ladder.

For the Zombies, the new March 8 update brings stability fixes for Objectives in the new Outbreak mode. It can also prevent a “graphics corruption” issue from occurring when using the Frenzied Guard field upgrade. You can check out the full patch note on the studio’s website.

Snapdragon is a suite of system-on-chip semiconductor products for mobile devices designed and marketed by Qualcomm Technologies Inc. The Snapdragon central processing unit uses the ARM RISC instruction set.

Qualcomm, one of the biggest chipset makers in the world has already gifted the android community with its latest Snapdragon 870 and Snapdragon 888. The chipsets power most of the flagship smartphones and have become a major hit this year.

But according to recent sources, but Qualcomm is reportedly planning to introduce a third high-end chipset for 2021. According to Roland Quandt, Qualcomm is also developing the SM8325 and may pitch it as a cheaper alternative to the Snapdragon 888.

The major difference between the SM8325 and Snapdragon 888 aka SM8350 is that the former will come without an integrated 5G modem. It is also expected that Qualcomm will build the SM8325 on a 5 nm node and offer a comparable feature-set to the Snapdragon 888.

But, since it is supposed to be a cheaper alternative to the Snapdragon 888, we expect the company to cut-down the chip on many features. Including the lower CPU and GPU clock speeds, we can expect many more features to be lowered in aspect compare to SM8350.

To sum it up, the SM8325 should sit somewhere between the Snapdragon 870 and the Snapdragon 888 in Qualcomm’s product stack. We will hear more about the SM8325 before its release later this year.
