Marvel’s Avengers: Amazon Prime Gaming brings a new surprise to the game, especially to Iron Man fans

0

Amazon Prime has a fresh and free surprise for Marvel fans, courtesy of Marvel’s Avengers, Crystal Dynamics 2020 Avengers game, which is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X. If you’re an Amazon Prime member and a Marvel’s Avengers fan, you can get a bundle of free Iron Man-themed goods to use in the game via Prime Gaming until January 12.

Iron Man’s ‘Illustrious’ Outfit, Iron Man-themed Nameplate, 3-Day Hero’s Catalyst, and 3-Day Fragment Extractor may now be obtained through Prime Gaming. Of course, if you’re not an Iron Man fan, you won’t find anything here. Unfortunately, no other hero in the game has a comparable offer. We don’t know why Iron Man was chosen, although it could be because he is supposedly the most popular character in the game.

Marvel’s Avengers is available via PC and both modern generations of PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

“Marvel’s Avengers did what it set out to do, which was to create a cinema-worthy story that explores the impact of not only the Avengers but heroes as a whole, all through the eyes of someone they helped inspire, and if you don’t love Kamala Khan by the end of this you simply have no soul. Marvel’s Avengers has some things to improve and some bugs to fix for sure, but the pure joy of slinging that shield, calling that hammer, and yelling ’embiggen’ along the way was infectious, and I think you’ll get a kick out of it too. Avengers Assemble, indeed.”

How can Federico Gallego impact ATK Mohun Bagan for the rest of 22/23?

ATK Mohun Bagan have signed Federico Gallego for the remainder of the season as a replacement for the injured Joni Kauko. The midfielder has returned to his home country, alongside Florentin Pogba, who has also picked up an injury.

The team will be without important players like Tiri and Manvir Singh for a considerable amount of time as well. And the arrival of Gallego could help provide some stability to the team. Especially since he has experience in the Indian league, since he has played four seasons with NorthEast United in the past.

What can ATK Mohun Bagan expect from Federico Gallego?

Kauko provided the team with an unbelievable amount of presence in central areas. His physical stature coupled with his intelligence on the ball made him a very important part in the way the team played.

But with a veteran like Federico Gallego, they can expect a similar role. However, he isn’t as tall or large as the Finnish midfielder, which could result in less physical battles being won in central areas.

Gallego works best as an attacking midfielder, and could link up very well with Hugo Boumous and Liston Colaco. His ability to score goals from midfield can also be a huge plus for ATK Mohun Bagan for the rest of the season.

It now depends as to how Juan Ferrando uses the Uruguayan in his line-up to make up for the loss of Kauko for the remainder of the campaign.

TSMC 3nm yield is expected to be around 60 to 80 per cent

TSMC began mass production of chips based on its first N3 (3nm-class) fabrication process several months after Samsung Foundry began high-volume manufacturing using its 3GAE (3nm-class, gate-all-around early) node, but TSMC’s yields are significantly higher, according to a Business Next report citing various industry analysts and experts, but TSMC has not confirmed the reports.

Analysts and semiconductor specialists questioned by Business Next estimated that TSMC’s N3 yields may be as low as 60% to 70% or as high as 75% to 80% at the moment, which is fairly good for the first batch. Meanwhile, financial expert Dan Nystedt tweeted that TSMC’s current N3 yields are comparable to N5 yields early in the ramp-up, which might be as high as 80%, according to media reports.

According to the report, which cites industry sources without elaborating, Samsung Foundry’s 3GAE yields were from 10% to 20% in the early stages and have not improved. According to the research, the diversity in chip quality was also very high.

Given that TSMC develops its cutting-edge production technologies with Apple’s — its biggest customer and alpha client for cutting-edge nodes — requirements in mind, and that the Cupertino, California-based high-tech behemoth tailors its designs for TSMC’s capabilities, initial yields could be as high as 80%. Meanwhile, a yield rate of 60% may not be ideal for a chip (or chips) designed to power mass-market items.

In any case, because the number of N3 designs produced commercially by TSMC is limited for the time being, and yield-related data is a closely guarded trade secret of the foundry and its clients, we cannot make any judgements about how high or low TSMC’s N3 yields are.

It’s better to avoid comparing TSMC’s N3 yields to Samsung Foundry’s 3GAE yields in its early stages for the same reason.

Furthermore, given the rumours surrounding the first N3 node (called N3B), Apple may be the only firm to use this technology at all, as other developers are expected to use N3E, which has a better process window. Meanwhile, early N3 yields may not apply to N3E (and other nodes from its N3 technology family), and this process technology is something that the industry as a whole should be concerned about because it will be widely used.

Modern semiconductor manufacturing processes include thousands of process stages that are dependent on materials, fab equipment tools, process recipes, and a variety of other elements. As a result, there may be hundreds of methods to improve or decrease yields, which is why it is critical to have a thorough understanding of how one element affects others. Because TSMC’s N3 (N3B), N3E, N3S, N3P, and N3X production methods are so varied, early N3 yields are encouraging for the remainder, but they do not ensure that subsequent nodes will be as successful (or not as successful).

Intel Core i5-12400 CPU overclocked to 5GHz using MSI MAG B760M Mortal Max Motherboard

When overclocked on a motherboard that supports Non-K BCLK operation, such as the MSI MAG B760M Mortar Max, Intel’s Core i5-12400 performs admirably. It was recently rumoured that MSI’s forthcoming MAG B760M Mortar MAX WIFI motherboard will be one of the few designs to support Non-K BCLK overclocking. We saw a 5.0 GHz overclock on the Intel Core i5-12400 CPU using the motherboard, and now we see a variety of gaming benchmarks that put the overclocked chip to the test.

The leak, which comes from the highly credible chi11eddog, shows the Intel Core i5-12400 CPU overclocked to 5 GHz and tested at 1440p with a GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Watch Dogs Legion, Final Fantasy XIV, Red Dead Redemption 2 and F1 2022 were among the games used. The stock Core i5-13400 & Core i5-13600K CPUs were compared to the Core i5-12400 (5 GHz).

The Intel Core i5-12400 at 5 GHz delivered up to 8% greater performance in games, even coming close to the Core i5-13600K.

This is consistent with clock speeds that are 8.5% higher than the highest boost on the Core i5-13400, which is 4.6 GHz. These tests demonstrate that consumers with a solid Non-K BCLK motherboard may still get some more juice from their processors.

MSI now provides the B660M Mortar MAX WIFI series, which has the same overclocking capabilities as the B660M Mortar MAX series. Anyone moving to the newer B760 Max series could expect similar features and improved performance without having to pay extra money for a higher-end chip.

Alone: Mohanlal is determined to solve the Mystery of the Pandemic Situation

The South Indian superstar Mohanlal has come with a new thriller film ‘Alone‘. In this film, he is collaborating with the actor and filmmaker Shaji Kailas after  12 years. The story film focuses on a man named Kalidas who has investigated a rather suspicious flat in the middle of the pandemic situation, He is just trying to find out the supernatural presence around him.

In the trailer, Mohanlal is playing the role of Kalidas, who has got waxed eloquently after the ‘Butterfly effect’  before he has taken any decision to come rather than spooky flat as he has tried to deep dive at the bottom of the mystery. Things are not straightforward like Kalidas getting several tricks on his sleeve.

Alone

This is mainly a one-hero film with Mohanlal, a one-man army trying to find out the mystery and reach the root of all the problems. Shaji Kalidas is the director of the thriller film Alone. The actor-director duo had earlier delivered hits like Aaram Thamburan and Narasimham. The last time they collaborated with Red Chillies, was released in 2009.

The tone, feel, and texture of Alone, however, is a unique Mohanlal film and doesn’t possess the over-the-top masala that people have come to expect from this collaboration. In this film, we will see Abhinandan Ramanujam, and Pramod K Pillai as the cinematographers, who earlier worked in Mohanlal’s Oppam, and composed the music.

al2 Alone: Mohanlal is determined to solve the Mystery of the Pandemic Situation

While unveiling the title of the film, Mohanlal had earlier spoken about his collaborations with director Shaji Kailas. “Shaji and I have worked in several movies. Shaji’s heroes are always brave and strong. And real heroes are always alone. You will understand it when you watch this film,” he said.

The filmmaker has not revealed any release date of the film. We are expecting, it will release very soon.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti official benchmark leaks online

The NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti will be available on the 5th for $799 (which will be loosely construed by AICs because the business is not creating a Founder’s Edition for this and only bespoke versions will be available). Videocardz has done it again, leaking the official performance stats of the RTX 4070 Ti – even though we previously had an excellent notion from NVIDIA’s official presentation of the same card when it was announced as the RTX 4080 12 GB.

The RTX 4070 Ti is nearly as fast as the NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti from the previous generation. The RTX 4070 Ti falls just short of the RTX 3090 Ti in gaming, while it is slightly faster in rendering programmes like Octanebench. The card’s official MSRP is $799, which is $1200 cheaper than the RTX 3090 Ti’s MSRP of $1999.

While the performance may be comparable, it is worth mentioning that the RTX 3090 Ti did feature 24 GB of VRAM, whereas the RTX 4070 Ti only had 12 GB of VRAM.

The NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti will include 7680 CUDA cores running at 2.61 GHz and 12 GB of GDDR6X memory.

This translates to a theoretical peak FP32 throughput of 40.01 TFLOPs. Interestingly, these official benchmarks suggest that the RTX 4070 Ti will be somewhat less powerful than the Radeon RX 7900 XT, which will retail for $899. So NVIDIA is undercutting the Radeon competition by pricing it to appeal to the new mainstream market niche.

While the RTX 4090 sold like hotcakes given the value proposition it provided in terms of TFLOPs/$, the RTX 4080 did not fare well given the low price point. The RTX 4070 Ti is significantly closer to the value offer made by the RTX 4090 and should sell much better. This may not be the cost that gamers had hoped for, but it is significantly better than what we have seen in the market for years and should allow NVIDIA and AMD to reconnect with their primary audience – gamers.

Joao Felix to have vital transfer meetings this week

0

Joao Felix is yet to determine his future, but there are chances for him to leave Atletico Madrid during the January transfer window.

New meetings for a transfer are set to be held this week, and Premier League clubs such as Arsenal and Manchester United are interested in signing him. Chelsea have also been rumoured to be in the race, but they are focused on signing Enzo Fernandez from Benfica first.

Big week ahead to determine Joao Felix transfer destination

The likely option for the striker is to leave the Rojiblancos on a loan deal with the option to buy. Arsenal and Manchester United have already held preliminary talks with his agent, Jorge Mendes, but nothing advanced has been reached as of yet. PSG are not in the race to sign the forward as of now.

Atletico Madrid’s president has spoken out on the issue, and has said that the player’s relationship with manager Diego Simeone is broken. Moreover, his motivation is also low, along with a difficult situation for the club, which has forced the club to sell him.

While Joao Felix was once considered untouchable, he is now on the market like any other club. A €21 million sum, reportedly including his salary and loan fee, is what Atletico are demanding. And so far, this is proving to be a stumbling block in finalising a transfer. But, a final decision could be reached in the coming days.

Intel Core i5-13600K review: Continues where Core i5-12600K left off, gets even better

0

The Blue team has launched its newer 13th Gen Raptor Lake processors for some time now and we have got this Core i5-13600K chip to review which basically is the successor to the ultra-popular Core i5-12600K processor from last year. While we reviewed the former chip at the beginning of this year, our impressions were excellent because of its tremendous value at mid-range price levels.

AMD is still stuck to 6-cores but yes they are powerful this time, with Core i5-13600K, Intel has levelled up the game with 8 Efficient cores this time, doubling that from last time. Also, with some minor architectural improvements, increased cache and boost clocks, now officially providing over 5.1GHz speeds, this makes the new Raptor Lake chip a great successor.

Currently, this 14-core Core i5-13600K is retailing for around Rs.31k and KF variant is selling for around Rs.29k, this is a good price considering we know that the Z690 or B660 motherboard’s pricing has already dropped. However, this LGA1700 socket won’t be upgradable in upcoming years whereas AMD’s new AM5 motherboards are worth it for future usage.

Intel Core i5-13600K review: Continues where Core i5-12600K left off, gets even better

Productivity

Previously as I said in my Core i5-12600K review, these new Intel chips boast a lot of cores and indeed they are powerful, good enough for most productivity work, and capable enough to give these new-age Ryzen 7’s problems. You will be surprised to know that along with all the improvements that Raptor Lake brings, it makes the existing cores even more powerful.

This results in great multi-core enhancements as well as single-core scores which again helps in gaming, but now, this Core i5-13600K draws a lot more power and could get heated up. So, anyone who wants to get this CPU into your system makes sure you have a proper cooling solution to get the best out of the CPU, we recommend a good air cooler or a liquid cooler for sure.

At first, we were also shocked to see the benchmark results but yes it’s true, the new Core i5-13600K is taking on the likes of the last-gen flagship Core i9-12900K. Here are the benchmarks for your reference:

  • Intel Core i5-13600K review: Continues where Core i5-12600K left off, gets even better
  • Intel Core i5-13600K review: Continues where Core i5-12600K left off, gets even better
  • Intel Core i5-13600K review: Continues where Core i5-12600K left off, gets even better
  • Intel Core i5-13600K review: Continues where Core i5-12600K left off, gets even better
  • Intel Core i5-13600K review: Continues where Core i5-12600K left off, gets even better
  • Intel Core i5-13600K review: Continues where Core i5-12600K left off, gets even better

As you see the 14-core monster that has very good mid-range pricing beats out almost all processors we tested last year, easily justifying its power & dominance. Performance may vary to various systems but overall, even with modest cooling you should get good results and cannot be overlooked.

So, overall, if you want to make an affordable yet powerful productivity PC, you can actually look out for this Intel Core i5-13600K processor.

Intel Core i5-13600K review: Continues where Core i5-12600K left off, gets even better

Gaming

Coming to gaming, Intel is also very serious about its gaming numbers as well and so the single-core improvements have helped them provide good frame rates be it any game possible. You can get or even a last-gen Core i9-12900k level performance for gaming which is sick already for a mid-range CPU.

Also, considering the low prices of these Intel motherboards, one can easily and effectively make a Gaming PC with this Core i5-13600K, however, the road to upgradability for future CPUs is limited. But if you decide to stick to this Gaming PC for years now and want to pair it with a good mid-range or even a flagship GPU you won’t feel any bottleneck.

Here is a quick reference of gaming benchmarks for your reference:

Intel Core i5-13600K review: Continues where Core i5-12600K left off, gets even better

While we could use flagship GPUs to test this Core i5-13600K monster but considering what most gamers will actually use we paired it with our RX 6700 XT that got some really impressive numbers at 1080p. Be it any game, these are great numbers and as I already told the gaming performance is similar to the current Ryzen 9 or last-gen Core i9 level.

So, for any average to a medium-end gamer, this 14-core processor should easily do the job both in gaming and content creation. If you see in terms of cost-to-performance, this Core i5-13600K remains our favourite and most recommend Intel chip out of the new 13th Gen lineup.

Intel Core i5-13600K review: Continues where Core i5-12600K left off, gets even better

Verdict

Now, comes the biggest question of whether you should buy this Intel Core i5-13600K processor or not. Well, this depends on your usage basically, if you want to make a Gaming PC now and do not have any intentions for a CPU upgrade in the near future then don’t look anywhere and get this Core i5-13600K effortlessly.

However, going down the AMD route will be costly for the Ryzen 7000 ones whereas the 5000s will not even come close to this performance. So, for most gamers and productivity users, if you are on a budget and need a good mid-range CPU this should solve the purpose provided you are ready with enough cooling for this Intel chip.

Dejan Lovren signs for Lyon until June 2025

0

Dejan Lovren has rejoined Lyon after a decade away, ending his spell with Russian side Zenit St Petersburg. The centre-back has signed a two-year contract with Lyon until June 2025.

He previously featured for the Ligue 1 club between 2010 and 2013, and made 72 appearances. A move to Southampton would follow his time in France, followed by a transfer to Liverpool.

Dejan Lovren officially signs for Lyon

‘I am very happy to return to Olympique Lyonnais,’ Dejan Lovren said. ‘It was the club that opened the doors of international football to me, I will never forget that.

‘I have many memories here, many links too, especially with President Jean Michel Aulas who has always supported me.

‘I left Lyon in 2013 with regrets because I had the feeling that I hadn’t shown everything. I want to prove to everyone what a player I really am.’

After winning the Premier League title with Liverpool in 2020, the defender left for Zenit. He spent three years in Russia, and is now back in Europe, playing for one of the top clubs in the country.

Lyon could use the boost from a signing of Lovren’s calibre. He is experienced at the highest level, and can bring stability and leadership to the backline. This could be what they need to turn the season around, as they are currently in eighth place after 17 games.
