Bholaa: Latest Box Office Collection of Ajay Devgn’s new movie
Bholaa has managed to open at the domestic box office with double-digit numbers additionally, the release date was a holiday for many parts so it has helped to achieve the double-digit collection on its first day. Although the movie has not matched the collection of Ajay Devgn’s last release, the blockbuster Drishyam 2.
Bholaa has collected a net of Rs. 11.20 crore at the box office. As we have already discussed above that as it has gained positive reviews it might make a good record at the box office over the extended four-day weekend. Although the collection also might have been affected by IPL 2023 which is going to start on 31st March 2023.
As mentioned above as the IPL started on 31st March and it was also a working day after a holiday so the second-day collection drops a little if we compare it with the first day. On Friday, the movie collected Rs 7.40 crore and in total it sums up to Rs 18.60 crore. It is expected that it will do well this weekend.
First Weekend Collection
Bholaa has an extended weekend of 4 days on its first weekend after its release. On Saturday it collected Rs 12.20 crore, Sunday Rs 13.48 crore, and in total the movie collected Rs 44.28 crore. This huge collection has helped to maintain the momentum at the box office which will further help to uplift the collection together.
Second Weekend Collection Updates
Bholaa has again made a good collection at the box office but this time it is not because of the strength of the movie but of the lack of more prominent movies in the theatres. As no good movies have been released so for that reason Bholaa has been able to collect a total of Rs 12.31 crore on its second weekend. It collected Rs 3.51 crore, Rs 3.90 crore, and Rs 4.90 crore on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday respectively. In total, the movie has collected Rs 72.29 crore from the bo office till now.
It is expected that the movie is going to sustain at the box office till Eid as there are no further releases of good movies before Eid. So, it is also expected that it will also manage to make some more business at the box office for few more days.
As per the reports, Bholaa has become the third-highest opener of the year after Pathaan, which made Rs 57 crore on its first day, and Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, which minted Rs 15.73 crore on the first day. Bholaa performed better in the smaller centers and started gaining momentum in the afternoon shows.
