What is Powerplay?

First introduced in the previous season, Powerplay is a game-changer. Active throughout the tournament, it allows squads to earn double points for each finish they achieve during the first circle of every match. This rule has intensified the early phases of each game, pushing teams to strategize and play aggressively from the get-go.

The Impact Player Concept

Unlike Powerplay, the Impact Player concept was active during the weekend matches of the League Stage. Here, the in-game leader (IGL) of each squad conducted a random draw to designate an Impact Player. The chosen player earned double points for each finish, and teams earned four points for every finish by the Impact Player during Powerplay. This innovative rule brought an extra layer of strategy, making every match unpredictable and thrilling.
