Nothing gets the BGMI community moving faster than a fresh batch of redeem codes, and this week’s drop delivers a genuinely intriguing cosmetic to chase. KRAFTON India has just unlocked the Secret Legacy Backpack, and the mystery baked into its design is already fueling speculation about what story it’s hinting at.

What Makes This Backpack Different?

The Secret Legacy Backpack isn’t just another reskin — it’s built around a weathered, heirloom-style design featuring aged leather panels, antique buckles, and an engraved emblem that hints at a story from the past. That kind of narrative-driven cosmetic design has become a signature move for BGMI’s seasonal drops, giving players something to speculate about beyond just stats and looks.

This release ships with 50 redeem codes, each unlocking a set of limited-time rewards, giving a decent chunk of the player base a shot at claiming the item before the window closes.

How to Redeem Your Code?

Visit the official BGMI Redeem Centre at battlegroundsmobileindia.com/redeem.
Enter your Character ID.
Enter one of the redemption codes.
Complete the CAPTCHA verification and hit Redeem.
Check your in-game mail — eligible rewards are delivered there, not instantly applied.

Since each code can only be used by 10 players total, speed matters here. Once a code hits its redemption cap, you’ll get an expiry notification instead of a confirmation, so it’s worth trying more than one code from the list if your first attempt doesn’t go through.

The Bigger Picture- What Else Is Happening in BGMI Right Now

This backpack drop isn’t happening in isolation — it’s part of the broader push around BGMI’s 4.6 Update. The Midnight Hunters theme mode is currently active, leaning into a shadowy, high-stakes twist on standard gameplay, while Kiaraa’s in-game activity is set to arrive soon, adding another layer of anticipation to the update cycle. Meanwhile, the returning Ocean Odyssey mode continues to offer an aquatic-themed detour for players who want a break from traditional battleground combat.

For a full breakdown of everything new in the 4.6 Update, including mode-specific tips and reward tracking, technosports.co.in’s BGMI coverage stays updated as KRAFTON rolls out each new feature.

Rules Worth Remembering Before You Redeem

Codes cannot be redeemed through guest accounts.
Each user is limited to one redemption per day, regardless of how many codes they have.
Once a code is redeemed on an account, it can’t be used again on that same account.
Rewards expire from your in-game mailbox after 30 days if unclaimed, so don’t let them sit.
