Before His Parents — Aryan Khan Would Come to Ahaan Panday’s House First, and That Friendship Is Bollywood’s Most Heartwarming Story Right Now

There’s celebrity friendship, and then there’s the kind of bond where you drive straight to your best friend’s house fresh off an international flight — skipping even your own parents. That’s exactly the kind of relationship Ahaan Panday and Aryan Khan share, and the Saiyaara actor just opened up about it in the most endearing way.

Ahaan Panday: Overview

Aryan Khan Would Skip Home and Come to Ahaan First

In a candid interview with Filmfare, Ahaan shared a personal story that perfectly captures how deep his friendship with Aryan Khan runs. When Aryan would return to India from Sevenoaks School, he would drive straight to Ahaan’s house instead of going home to meet his parents, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan first.

That’s not just a friendship anecdote — that’s a whole statement about trust and comfort. Ahaan reflected on it beautifully, saying that when you share that kind of history, there’s so much you understand about each other as people and performers.

And when Aryan’s directorial debut — The Bastards of Bollywood — became a roaring success, Ahaan was the happiest person, proudly cheering on his childhood best friend. Seeing your people win — that’s the real deal.

Ahaan Wants to Work With Aryan Khan

The bond isn’t just emotional — it’s also creative. Ahaan expressed a genuine desire to collaborate with Aryan on a project, saying working together wouldn’t feel like work and is something he’d genuinely look forward to — adding that Aryan is incredibly creative and the world deserves to see that.

Given that Aryan proved his directorial instincts with The Bastards of Bollywood, an Ahaan-Aryan collaboration could be one of the most anticipated announcements from the next generation of Bollywood. For more Bollywood casting and project updates, visit TechnoSports.

The Actor Who Left Ahaan “Speechless” — Vicky Kaushal in Masaan

Beyond his friendship with Aryan, Ahaan also got candid about the Bollywood performers who inspire his own craft. He admires SRK, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui — but one performance stands out above the rest.

It was Vicky Kaushal’s work in Masaan that became a true turning point for Ahaan, leaving him speechless and completely changing how he saw acting and cinema — a performance that, in his own words, “stayed with him.”

Masaan (2015), as noted on Wikipedia, is widely regarded as one of the finest Hindi films of its decade — and Vicky Kaushal’s raw, restrained performance in it is often cited as a benchmark for naturalistic acting in Bollywood. That Ahaan draws from that well speaks volumes about his approach to the craft.

What’s Next for Ahaan Panday?

Ahaan and his Saiyaara co-star Aneet Padda are reportedly set to reunite with director Mohit Suri for another romantic drama, backed by Yash Raj Films. Given how warmly their debut was received, the excitement around this reunion is entirely justified.
