ASUS Zenfone 9 screenshot reveals a secondary display, with dual cameras, and new gestures

ASUS may be preparing for the launch of its upcoming 2022 flagship devices as today, the ASUS ROG Phone 6 was seen in 2D renders and now, the Zenfone 9 has also arrived on the internet.

From a reported screenshot of the Zenfone 9, we get an idea of some of the key details of the phone. From the screenshot, the upcoming ASUS Zenfone 9 will come with a back display.

It means that the phone will feature a secondary screen similar to the ROG Phone 5. However, it will not be that fancy, it will be a tiny screen that may display time.

The ASUS Zendfone 9 appears to have a cleaner design. It looks to be taller and narrower, at least in the image.

The secondary screen’s details are not known at the moment. The phone features dual rear cameras similar to what we saw in the predecessor.

One of the phone’s useful features could be the back double-tap gesture. The smartphone may come with a double-tap feature similar to Apple’s iPhones, where double-tapping the back panel may perform actions like capturing screenshots or opening the camera.

As ASUS is yet to announce the series officially, take these specs with a grain of salt. Since the initial Zenfone 9 leaks seem to have arrived on the internet, we expect the company to tease the series soon.
