Health and Fitness Features

The listing highlights a sleep score, ECG on demand, alerts for high and low heart rate and irregular rhythm, and a Vitals app with overnight metrics. Blood oxygen readings are also mentioned. Check that these features are available in India before relying on them.

For workouts, the watch offers Pacer, Heart Rate Zones, training load and Workout Buddy, which uses Apple Intelligence from a nearby iPhone. Details of the product line are on Apple Watch.

Battery, Design and Compatibility

Apple lists up to 24 hours of normal use, and a fast charge gives about 8 hours in 15 minutes. That means daily charging, which is typical for Apple Watch models.

This is a GPS-only version and it needs an iPhone to set up and use. The design is thin and light enough to wear while sleeping. The page has 163 ratings, and it is a popular pick with 3K+ bought in the past month.

Who Should Buy It, and Who Should Skip

It suits iPhone users who want a health and fitness tracker with an ECG and sleep tracking at a lower price than usual. Skip it if you use Android, want multi-day battery life, or need built-in cellular without your phone.
