We already know that AMD’s RX 6000 Mobility line-up will be launching soon. And there has been much news of the company’s upcoming products floating around the internet. According to sources, the RDNA2 graphics cards will have 18.31 x 18.27 mm dies, which equates to 334.52 mm². It merely means that the Navi 22 GPUs will have a third more extensive than the RX 5700 XT die.

According to sources, the Navi 21 GPUs will also offer up to a 192-bit memory interface split across six chips. The SKUs with a 192-bit bus width will also have a TGP of 146 W. additionally, the Navi 22 SKUs with 90, 110, and 135 W TGPs will be limited to a 160-bit bus on five memory chips.

Rumour’s claim that AMD has planned to release the Navi 23 and Navi 24 mobile GPUs but still, the Navi 22 will be the top-end SKUs of the RX 6000 Mobility line-up. The Red team will offer up to 2,560 cores, 40 Compute Units (CUs), and up to 12 GB of VRAM.

With AMD facing issues with its cards’ production supply, it is still a far fetched when the manufacturer will decide to launch its products. But as it stands, AMD is always staying on its promise of releasing the RX 6000 Mobility line-up by the first half of 2021.
