AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution arrives on the horror-thriller game The Medium

The Medium becomes one of the very few games to support both AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution & NVIDIA DLSS. This psychological horror video game already came with ray tracing support and obviously NVIDIA DLSS 2.0 at launch, we tested it out and found properly implemented with NVIDIA graphics.

Previously, NVIDIA even claimed that its tech can boost performance by up to 100%, however, in our tests, the Performance mode wasn’t that enticing. Now, with AMD FSR enablement, it will support both the supersampling technologies which will help make side-by-side comparisons.

Neither AMD nor Bloober Team release any performance improvement we could expect with FidelityFX Super Resolution nor any settings recommendations for gamers. However, still, we expect the upscaling to work good and give the best results at Quality and Ultra Quality without affecting visuals much.
