Bollywood’s big night out came with a mythological twist. Ahead of its release, Ramayana: Part One got a glittering send-off in Mumbai, and the family came out in full support.

The Premiere Night

On November 3, a special screening of Namit Malhotra and Nitesh Tiwari’s much-awaited epic was held for the cast, crew and members of the film fraternity. The star of the evening was Ranbir Kapoor, who plays Lord Rama, cheered on by loved ones.

Alia Bhatt: Fashion Highlights

Star	Look	Style Notes
Alia Bhatt	Sea-blue saree	Paired with a heavily embellished halterneck blouse
Neetu Kapoor	Brown co-ord set	Cowl-neck top with wide-legged trousers
Ranbir Kapoor	Maroon kurta, black trousers	Traditional with a modern touch
Sunny Deol	All-white suit	Sky-blue shirt, plays Lord Hanuman

A Mother-in-Law and Daughter-in-Law Moment

Alia and Neetu posed together for the paparazzi, flashing warm smiles. Alia’s calm sea-blue drape stood out, while Neetu’s relaxed co-ord kept things modern and effortless.

Ranbir kept his own look simple in a maroon kurta, letting the occasion do the talking.

The Moment That Stole Hearts

Sunny Deol, who essays Hanuman in the film, arrived in an all-white suit. His exchange with Ravie Dubey, who plays Lakshman, drew attention as Ravie greeted him warmly and sought his blessings. It was a small, respectful gesture that fit the mood of the film.

Who Else Showed Up?

The guest list was long and glamorous:

Vivek Oberoi, Rakul Preet Singh, Kajal Aggarwal and Lara Dutta arrived with their families.
Nitesh Tiwari came with his wife, filmmaker Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, and their children.
Soni Razdan and Shaheen Bhatt, Alia’s mother and sister, were also spotted.
Aadar and Armaan Jain, Ranbir’s cousins, came with their wives.

About the Film

Ramayana: Part One stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana. It is one of the most anticipated releases of the year, and it hits theaters on November 5.

Why It Matters?

Epic mythological films live or die on emotion and scale. A premiere full of family and film-industry support signals confidence ahead of release day, and the reception from this first crowd will shape early word of mouth.
