The internet is losing its mind — and honestly, can you blame it? A behind-the-scenes photo allegedly showing Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh sitting on the judging panel of India’s Got Latent Season 2 has gone viral, sending fans into a frenzy. But is it real? Let’s break it down.
What’s the Buzz All About?
When stand-up comedian Samay Raina announced India’s Got Latent Season 2 during his live special Still Alive, fans immediately started speculating about the guests. Then came the leaked image — and the internet exploded.
The photo shows two women resembling Alia and Sharvari seated at what appears to be the show’s judging panel, alongside comedians Aashish Solanki and Balraj Singh Ghai.
Alia Bhatt & Sharvari Real or AI? Here’s the Verdict
| Detail | What We Know |
|---|---|
| Photo Source | Leaked BTS image, unverified |
| Alia’s Look | Grey t-shirt, black cap, holding a mic |
| Sharvari’s Position | Seated next to Alia |
| Samay Raina visible? | No |
| AI-generated claims | Yes — users cited Grok & ChatGPT flagging it as fake |
| Official confirmation | None so far |
Internet users remain sharply divided. Many believe the images are AI-generated, with one user pointing out that even AI tools like Grok and ChatGPT flagged the photo as synthetic. Others, however, argue this could be a strategic promotional move for their upcoming film Alpha.
Why Would They Appear on the Show?
If true, the appearance would serve as a promotional platform for Alpha — YRF’s first-ever female-led spy thriller, directed by Shiv Rawail. The film stars Alia Bhatt and Sharvari alongside Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor, and is slated to release on July 10, 2026.
The YRF Spy Universe, which already boasts blockbusters like Tiger Zinda Hai and Pathaan, is expanding with this female-led chapter — making it one of the most anticipated releases of 2026.

Fan Reaction: Love It or Hate It?
The reaction has been split right down the middle. While some fans are thrilled at the prospect of Bollywood A-listers visiting Samay’s unconventional platform, others worry it could dilute the raw, grassroots charm that made India’s Got Latent Season 1 a cult phenomenon.
One user summed it up perfectly: “After seeing all these rumours spreading everywhere, I’m starting to feel like maybe Alia Bhatt might actually make an entry someday.”
