The teaser of Nushrratt Bharuccha‘s upcoming picture Akelli was released today. The first glimpse of the image gives us an insight into the electrifying ride the audience will involvement on its release. Starring Nushrratt as the main principal, Akelli is a soul-stirring tale of a girl who sprays into the trap of a dangerous world, owing to her circumstances and her final struggle to escape.
Speaking about her shooting experience for Akelli, Nushrratt stocks, “Akelli has been an overwhelming experience overall and far from any role I have played till now. It was emotionally draining for me to represent a character like this, and it makes you contemplate all the challenges that someone so young obligation have to go through to provide for their loved ones. I am hoping the viewers will be able to connect with my character’s journey and will, with a bit of luck, like it.”
The film executive, Pranay Meshram, says, “We all have worked non-stop for this day, and it’s to conclude here that the teaser is out. Our film is a sonnet to all the strong women out there who are facing it all alone for the love and safety of their children. The story is close to our hearts, and I’m unquestionable the audience will relate to it.”
Producer Ninad articulates, “Akelli revolves around the level of a girl who is forced into a world of serious decisions just to support her family. It highlights the nerve she portrays to escape from the clutches of her persecutors. The movie promises to be a gripping and gifted tale of grit and determination of a lone Indian woman that we are hoping will narrate with the audience.”
Directed by Pranay Meshram and produced by Dashami Studioz, the producers are Nitin Vaidya, Ninad Vaidya, Aparna Padgaonkar, Shashank Shah, and Vicky Sidana. Akelli also stars Nishant Dahiya and Tsahi Halevig then, Amir Boutrous is all set to release on 18th August 2023.
