Planning a cozy Saturday night with your favourite K-drama? Hold that thought. Two KBS shows have shifted their timings this weekend, and a big sports final is the reason.
On October 2, KBS announced the changes. The men’s football final at the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games will take over the Saturday evening slot, so both dramas have to make room.

What This Means for You?
A Love Other Than Yours gets off lightly. The episode still airs on Saturday, just 20 minutes later than usual. If you like to settle in right on time, set a fresh reminder so you don’t tune in too early.
Love on the Menu takes the bigger hit. There is no Saturday episode at all. Episode 19 moves to Sunday evening, so fans get the cliffhanger one day later than planned. Think of it as a bonus day to rewatch your favourite scenes and trade theories.
Make the Most of the Wait
- Rewatch the previous episode of Love on the Menu and catch the small details you missed.
- Set two alarms, one for Saturday’s updated start time and one for Sunday.
- Stay spoiler-safe. Once Korean viewers watch, social media fills up fast.
- Check the official KBS channels for any last-minute updates.
Schedule shuffles like this are common in Korean television whenever major sporting events are broadcast live. Broadcasters often rework their lineups around finals, so it helps to keep an eye on programming notices.
