The much-anticipated keynote will take place at 10 AM PT on June 9th, the beginning of this five-day, software-centric showcase. How to Watch Apple’s WWDC 2025 Live in India, USA, Dubai, UK, and What to Expect

In terms of timing for different regions, the keynote is 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time starts on June 9, corresponding to 10:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time, 1:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time in New York, 9:00 p.m. Gulf Standard Time in Dubai, and 6:00 p.m. British Summer Time in the UK. The entire WWDC 2025 keynote and developer sessions will be streamed live and free across multiple platforms. Viewers can watch on Apple’s official website, the Apple Developer app and website, the Apple TV app, or on YouTube.

Since 2020, WWDC has been primarily an online event, a format that continues in 2025 to allow global access. However, Apple will host a special in-person event at Apple Park in Cupertino on June 9 for a certain number of developers, students, and members of the media. Typically, WWDC 2025 will center around Apple’s next-level operating systems. Those are iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS 26 “Tahoe,” watchOS 26, tvOS 26, and visionOS 26. Apple has adopted year-based naming to make version numbers more straightforward to follow.

iOS 26 is rumored to bring the biggest design change since iOS 7, featuring a Vision Pro interface with rounded icons, floating translucent cards, and a simplified navigation experience. iPadOS and macOS will adopt a similar cohesive look across Apple devices. New features are anticipated, such as an AI-powered battery management tool, a revamped Health app with nutrition tracking, an updated Shortcuts app, and even a new gaming app.

The macOS update is said to be named after Lake Tahoe in California. WatchOS 26 will see subtle design changes inspired by visionOS, while tvOS 26 will feature a content-centric user interface with frosted menus and buttons. Although WWDC is primarily a software event, Apple has occasionally surprised attendees with hardware announcements. This year, a new Mac Pro is the only rumored hardware possibility, though no concrete leaks have emerged yet.
