Parents are very concerned about their child’s health. Nowadays, they have to relax their restrictions in the case of eye protection as there is no further way to seat in front of a smartphone or a computer for a long time regularly to attend online classes. Office persons are facing the same. So, the demand for a monitor that is friendly to our eyes or in one word, eye-care monitors increases. In the Indian market, companies like Asus and ViewSonic are here for a long time, and as the demand increases, the Taiwanese giant BenQ started contributing with it’s two new eye-care entertainment monitors.
The model numbers of the monitors are EW2780Q, a 27-inch screen monitor, and EW3280U which is a 32-inch monitor. Both the screens have the support of enhanced HDRi Technology and customized speakers from the “treVolo” team of audiophile experts. BenQ says that its two new players are equipped with “Brightness Intelligence Plus”, a brightness and color temperature sensing technology. Other than that, the monitors are capable of delivering an extraordinary audio-visual experience, even after maintaining the eye-care feature.
The EW3280U comes with 95% DCI-P3, whereas the EW2780Q has 99% sRGB. The BenQ remote, offered with each of the two monitors, has a one-touch five function navigation control over the display, along with a convenient volume wheel.
Coming to the pricing and availability, the EW2780Q is currently available in India via Amazon at Rs.24,990. On the other hand, the EW3280U is up for sale via Amazon as well at Rs.61,000.
