According to sources, Apple is planning to release a new Apple TV which will focus on strong gaming, an updated remote, and a new processor. Reports indicate that Apple is planning to launch a new Apple TV with powerful internals and a strong focus on gaming along with an updated remote.
For gaming purposes with Apple TV, obviously, a remote will not suffice. So, Apple might be introducing a brand new gaming controller for its Apple TV. Earlier it was rumored that the company is developing the new Apple TV with the A12 and A14 processor variants powering it. With the new processors, the gaming performance would indeed be better.
It has also been leaked that Apple might be looking to bring console-quality games to its Apple Arcade service. Also the new Apple TV will increase its storage capacity and will be boasting 64 GB of storage capacity.
Since the launch of Apple TV 4K, four years have passed. And everyone is anxiously waiting for an upgrade or a complete overhaul. If all the leaks and rumors are true, then the performance of the upcoming Apple TV will be a sight to watch out for.
