Whom did Ronaldo, Messi and Lewandowski vote for in The Best FIFA Awards 2020?

FIFA had already revealed the nominees for the Best awards. The prestigious Ballon d’Or award has been cancelled for this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, so FIFA’s The Best Award is the highest individual award for this year. The Best award ceremony was held on 17th December.

The final three nominees for the Best FIFA Men’s Player 2020 were:

• Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal / Juventus FC)
• Robert Lewandowski (Poland / FC Bayern München)
• Lionel Messi (Argentina / FC Barcelona)

As we all know, Robert Lewandowski deservedly won the Best FIFA Men’s Player Award 2020 ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, two of the very best football players ever, simply because he is the best of the best right now.

Now the question arises, whom did the final three nominees vote for? Lets check out:

Cristiano Ronaldo

1. Robert Lewandowski
2. Lionel Messi
3. Kylian Mbappe

Lionel Messi

1. Neymar Jr
2. Kylian Mbappe
3. Robert Lewandowski

Robert Lewandowski

1. Thiago Alcantara
2. Neymar Jr
3. Kevin De Bruyne

Robert Lewandowski was the top scorer in every single competition that he took part in last season. If that wasn’t enough, Bayern won the continental treble last season and also won the UEFA Super Cup to add to their tally of silverware. It is no secret that Lewandowski would’ve won the Ballon d’Or as well had it been awarded this year.
