Google Stadia can now be used on iOS via Safari web app

When iOS and iPadOS users are being restricted by Apple due to privacy issues, cloud gaming services are using Apple’s Safari browser as their medium to lure gamers. Following the path of NVIDIA GeForce Now, another cloud gaming service by Nvidia, Google’s Stadia will make its way for iOS and iPadOS users via Safari.

This has led to the usage of a third-party browser Stadium, which lets you play Stadia on iOS devices with minor disadvantages. Google has confirmed recently that with the release of the iOS 14.3 update, users can head over to stadia.google.com and play games via their browser.

Google Stadia launches in November at $9.99 a month starting with 31 games

Whether it’s iPhone, iPad, or any other Apple device, if you have a browser and updated Apple software, you can use Google Stadia. Basically, the Stadia here is a Progressive Web Application that gives you almost the same feeling as a native application running on the device.

Are you a Cyberpunk 2077 lover? Worry not; you can play the game on Stadia even if you do not own a great gaming PC, and directly via your iPad or even iPhone. The Stadia shortcut gets added through the Share button once you get logged in, and you can jump into action just by clicking on Stadia every time you want to game!
