Moto G75 5G Launched: Features Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, 120Hz Display, and 5,000mAh Battery

Lenovo-owned Motorola has launched a new G-series model, the Moto G75 5G, in certain international markets. The workhorse on board is the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chip, mated to 8GB of RAM. It has a rugged MIL-STD 810H construction and an IP68 rating to make sure no dirt or moisture seeps into the phone. The phone has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 to further protect the screen. On the other hand, it features a slightly larger 6.78-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and two 50-megapixel cameras on the back. It supports wired and wireless modes of charging while being powered by a 5,000mAh battery.

The Moto G75 5G is priced at EUR 299 (around ₹27,000) in Europe for the 8GB + 256GB variant. It comes in three colors Aqua Blue, Charcoal Gray, and Succulent Green. Moreover, the smartphone will in like manner be provided in particular countries from Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region.

Moto G75 5G (dual SIM) runs on Android 14 and features a full-HD+ (1,080×2,388 pixels) hole-punch display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, peak brightness of 1,000 nits, and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. The 387ppi pixel density screen comes with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, the Moto G75 5G is powered by a 4nm octa-core Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, accompanied by up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. The RAM can be virtually expanded to 16GB by utilizing unused storage, while the storage can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card.

For photography, the Moto G75 5G includes a dual-camera system with a 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA 600 sensor featuring an f/1.79 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS), as well as an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle macro vision sensor. On the front, it has a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The smartphone meets military-grade durability standards (MIL-STD 810H) and has an IP68 rating for protection against dust and immersion in water.

Connectivity features on the Moto G75 5G include Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, A-GPS, LTEPP, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, NFC, a USB Type-C port, and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax. It includes a variety of sensors such as an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, flicker sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, sensor hub, and SAR sensor. For biometric security, it has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports facial recognition. The phone also features stereo speakers enhanced by Dolby Atmos technology.

The Moto G75 5G is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 30W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging capabilities. The wired charging feature claims to recharge the battery from zero to 50% in under 25 minutes. The device measures 166.09 x 77.24 x 8.34mm and weighs approximately 205 grams.
