BTS’ Jungkook is preparing to unleash his new single Never Let Go. His management describes the song as “a heartfelt tribute to Jungkook’s fans encapsulating the message ‘to never let go of each other’s hands.'”
In recent years, this South Korean boy band has captivated the world. Even though all of BTS’s members are now performing their mandatory military service, they have planned a variety of events and surprises to keep their fans in contact. This time, Jungkook, the ARMY’s youngest member, has a unique present in store. He recently made an intriguing statement that has fans eagerly anticipating his forthcoming project.
Jungkook, like the rest of the BTS members, is presently serving in the military. The vocalist will reunite with the remaining bandmates in 2025. However, admirers eagerly await the oldest.
According to a press release from HYBE, the entertainment organization that oversees BTS, “Never Let Go is a track dedicated to [BTS] fans, ARMY, conveying a sincere message to never let go of each other,” Billboard reported.
Jungkook’s latest single is his first solo release since his debut solo album, Golden, in 2023. It was also a great hit, apparently reaching No. 2 on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

Aditionally, BTS has revealed details about their 2024 FESTA celebration plans. This annual event holds great significance for BTS and its supporters because it commemorates the group’s debut. This year’s FESTA will be place on June 13 at Seoul Sports Complex in South Korea. Billboard reports that it will commemorate BTS’s 11th anniversary.
One of the most anticipated aspects of the 2024 FESTA will be the official appearance of its member Jin, who was recently released from his mandatory military service. In addition to Jin, BTS members RM, SUGA, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are all presently serving in the military. The group intends to regroup for band activities in 2025. Jungkook, along with Jimin, began his military service on December 12, 2023, and both are scheduled to be discharged on June 11, 2025.
Never Let Go : Release Date
On Sunday, June 2, the BTS member revealed the imminent release of a new track, Never Let Go. The single will be released on June 7 at 1 p.m. KST and will be available through Weverse and BTS official platforms.
