Ringmaster Scarr: Located at the Nitrodome, defeating him grants “Ringmaster Scarr’s Medallion” (infinite ammo and damage buff). Similar to the Machinist, his medallion unlocks his car or allows you to claim it from a convoy. You’ll also unlock the Ringmaster’s Boom Bolt for your troubles.
