Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 Receive 3C Certification: Unveiling 25W Fast Charger Ahead of Launch

Recent reports indicate that Samsung is currently developing two phones, namely the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6 designed for specific markets. These devices are expected to be unveiled in July. Both models have already received approval from China’s certification platform signaling progress ahead of their official release.

The latest findings on the database reveal the design of the two upcoming Samsung smartphones identified by their model numbers SM F7410 and SM F9560. These listings disclose the use of an EP TA800 charger for delivering up to 25W charging for both devices. Interestingly akin to versions like the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5, the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 appear to maintain support for 25W charging as indicated by details from the certification.

Speculations surrounding the Galaxy Z Fold 6 suggest the inclusion of Gorilla Glass Armor protection, a feature first seen in the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The device is rumored to offer configurations with up to 16 GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, and a 4,600mAh battery.

The new model might feature a 6.4-inch screen on the outside and a camera system, with three lenses, including a 50-megapixel camera, a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens.

In contrast, there are expectations that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will come in versions powered by either the Exynos 2400 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processors to meet the needs of markets. It is speculated to feature 8GB or 12GB of RAM and storage options ranging from 256GB to 512GB, along with a 4,400mAh battery. Reports also suggest that its cover screen will support a refresh rate of 120Hz. Both devices are expected to offer a user experience based on One UI 6.1.1 and Android 14.
