In a much-anticipated event on January 23, OnePlus unveiled its latest flagship models, the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R, for the Indian market. The virtual launch event, aptly named “Smooth Beyond Belief,” was broadcast on YouTube, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and OnePlus’ official website.
This release marks the global debut of the smartphones after their initial launch in China last month. Serving as successors to the OnePlus 11, both devices come packed with a range of enhancements, including the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, a Quad HD+ LTPO display, the Android 14 OS, and a substantial 5,400mAh battery.

The OnePlus 12 is priced at ₹64,999 for the 12GB/256GB model and ₹69,999 for the 16GB/512GB variant. The smartphone will be available in Silky Black and Flowy Emerald color options and can be purchased through Amazon, Reliance Digital, and the official OnePlus website. Pre-orders for the OnePlus 12 are set to commence on January 23, with open sales starting from January 30.

Priced at ₹39,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, and ₹45,999 for the variant with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage, the OnePlus 12R offers several attractive offers for early adopters. The phone is scheduled for sale in India starting February 6th, and customers can benefit from a bank discount of ₹1,000 for ICICI credit card and OneCard users, no-cost EMI options, and benefits worth ₹2,250.
