The European Court for Justice today ruled in favour of the European Super League breakaway tournament after their legal battle against UEFA. And in doing so, it has resulted in outrage from fans who are not in favour of the breakaway tournament that they deem only to be for making money.

Real Madrid and Barcelona have publicly announced that they will be carrying on with the plans for the European Super League. Juventus’ position is uncertain, as they were one of the founding members of the competition during the reign of Andrea Agnelli. But following his resignation as club president, their involvement has been thrown into question.
