In addition to the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro models, the series includes the Xiaomi 14 Ultra variant. However, it appears that this specific model will hit the market at a later date, likely in the following year.

To add further anticipation, both the upcoming Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro smartphones have already received certification from the MIIT and the 3C certification authorities in China. This 3C certification also revealed some exciting details – the standard Xiaomi 14 smartphone will come equipped with an impressive 90W fast charging feature, while the Pro model will boast an even faster 120W fast charging capability.

In a recent development, Xiaomi’s CEO and founder, Lei Jun, confirmed that the brand will be introducing its proprietary operating system based on Android, known as the Vela system – HyperOS. This cutting-edge operating system will make its debut on the Xiaomi 14 series devices.

Building on these official updates, a tipster on the Twitter/X platform has provided an intriguing leak. This leak includes an image of HyperOS 1.0, revealing the launch date for this operating system as October 31, 2023, at 7 PM local time. This could very well be the simultaneous launch date for the highly-anticipated Xiaomi 14 series devices, making it an occasion that tech enthusiasts worldwide are eagerly anticipating.
