BTS, the internationally acclaimed sensation, has recently extended its contract with its agency HYBE until 2025. This significant development was met with great enthusiasm, as BTS’s leader and member, RM, also known as Kim Namjoon, took to Instagram to express his happiness.

In an official statement, HYBE confirmed the contract renewal, stating, “We have successfully concluded the board resolution for the re-signing of the exclusive contract for all seven members of BTS, our esteemed artists under BIGHIT Music.” This reaffirms the commitment between the group and their agency, setting the stage for the next chapter of their extraordinary journey.
Currently, a few members of BTS are engaged in various commitments. Jin and J-Hope are fulfilling their mandatory military service duties, while V and Jungkook are busy pursuing solo endeavors. Additionally, RM and Suga are also expected to enlist for their military duties in the near future, marking a transitional phase for the group.
For those who might not be familiar, BTS, also known as Bangtan Sonyeondan, is a South Korean boy band formed in 2010. The group comprises seven members: Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. They made their debut in 2013 under the banner of BIGHIT Entertainment with their single album “2 Cool 4 Skool.” Subsequently, BTS released their first studio albums, “Dark & Wild” and “Wake Up,” in 2014.
