CMF by Nothing, a recent sub-brand introduced by Nothing, has plans to soon debut a smartwatch and earbuds in India. Ahead of their official release, leaked images have emerged, revealing the design of these upcoming products.
The Upcoming CMF Products
The leaked images, which were unveiled on the X platform (previously known as Twitter) by TechLeaksZone, showcased internal marketing banners that featured the upcoming offerings. Among these is the Watch Pro, a smartwatch featuring a square-like display.
The design of the Watch Pro resembles that of the Apple Watch, with rounded edges, though it lacks curved sides. The orange band appears to be permanently attached, as no visible lugs are present. According to the leaked information, the Watch Pro boasts a 1.96-inch AMOLED display with support for an always-on display (AOD), offering a brightness of 600 nits and a refresh rate of 50Hz. However, it won’t be running on Wear OS.
The watch is anticipated to sport an aluminum alloy case, built-in GPS with Bluetooth 5.3, IP68 water and dust resistance, and a 330mAh battery capable of lasting up to 13 days with AOD deactivated. In terms of health monitoring features, the Watch Pro is said to include a heart rate monitor, blood oxygen sensor, sleep tracking, stress monitoring, a breathing exercise sensor, and more. The leak also suggests that it will support Bluetooth calling with AI noise reduction, offer a variety of watch faces, and provide over 100 workout options.
Moving on to the Nothing Buds Pro earbuds from CMF, leaked information reveals a range of features. These earbuds boast 45dB active noise cancellation (ANC) and Ultra Bass technology for premium sound quality. With ANC turned off, the earbuds’ 55mAh batteries provide up to 11 hours of continuous music playback. Each individual earbud is equipped with 10mm dynamic drivers and three HD microphones, enhanced by a Clear Calls algorithm and an Anti-wind noise structure. A brief 10-minute charge can yield around 3.5 hours of usage. The earbuds’ charging case holds a battery capacity of 460mAh, and they also hold an IP54 certification.
CMF by Nothing also introduces the Power 65W GAN charger, which is compatible with various charging standards including USB PD 3.0, Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0+/3.0/2.0, and can deliver 2.4A charging for Apple devices and 9V2A for Samsung devices. Additionally, it supports SCP, FCP, PPS, and DCP. As for the expected launch and pricing, leaked details indicate that the Watch Pro could be priced at ₹4,500, the Buds Pro at ₹3,500, and a 3-in-1 65W GaN USB-C and USB charger at ₹3,000. These products are rumored to make their debut in India on September 26th.
