Samsung, the leading consumer electronics brand in India, has introduced its Digital Service Center, a comprehensive platform designed to provide consumers with a personalized customer service experience for their products.
Consumers can access the Digital Service Center by visiting the support menu on Samsung’s official website (https://www.samsung.com/in) or by directly logging on to www.samsungdigitalservicecenter.com.
Samsung Launches its Digital Service Center, Offers Personalized Support, Faster Service Access & DIY Videos to Consumers
The Digital Service Center offers tailored support based on the individual needs of consumers after they log in to their Samsung account. This includes a user-friendly navigation journey, easy access to self-help content categorized by product type, dedicated DIY videos for specific categories, a mobile app experience, and a page providing model-specific repair and spare part prices.
Through the DIY videos, consumers can find resolutions to various product-related issues, such as utilizing the screen mirroring feature on their TV, connecting a Soundbar to the TV, installing a Samsung semi-automatic washing machine, setting up the Freestyle projector, or using the auto restart feature in Samsung Galaxy smartphones.
Consumers can also book appointments for priority service at service centers, benefit from pick-up and drop-off services, locate nearby service centers, access warranty policies, track repairs, obtain service cost information, schedule callback requests via remote and visual support, and receive software updates through the Digital Service Center.
“At Samsung, we have always prioritized meeting the evolving needs of our customers. The Digital Service Center is a significant step towards simplifying post-purchase services and providing personalized support to our consumers. We understand that to fully empower consumers, they need easy access to a digitalized ecosystem. The platform offers a user-friendly interface and grants access to product-specific DIY videos, enabling consumers to resolve their queries with ease,” stated Mr. Sunil Cutinha, Vice President, Customer Service, at Samsung India.
Moreover, the Digital Service Center provides access to various additional digital service options offered by Samsung, allowing customers to address their issues conveniently from the comfort of their homes. Customers can choose WhatsApp Support, Remote Support, seek technical assistance through the call center, or access do-it-yourself videos on the Samsung website and YouTube.
Samsung also offers a ‘Smart Touch Call’ service, which reduces wait times for customers when contacting Samsung’s Customer Care. This innovative service provides customers with a synchronized voice and screen interface, offering an intuitive and interactive experience that captures their needs and enables effective interaction with the system.
