Netflix has come up with a new agreement with Sony Pictures in the US. There is many new film and series coming for the service. In this 2023, there are many movies and shows that will hit very soon
In 2021, Netflix and Sony have signed a landmark deal in April 2021 to get Sony’s feature movies for service in the coveted pay-1 window. It indicates any Sony theatrical releases are arriving on Netflix 6 months after they have debuted in theaters.
The deal has just grown beyond theatrical releases. In 2023 Netflix is going to drop many shows. There are many series that have been canceled in 2022. In 2023, many precious shows will renew very soon.
Here is the list of upcoming shows that will renew in 2023:
18. Wednesday (Season 2)
The highly anticipated spin-off series is based on The Addams Family featuring Jenna Ortega in the titular role. The series was created by the king of creepiness, The Burton, and also inspired by the iconic characters made by cartoonist Charles Addams. The second season will hit soon.
17. The Circle
EW has dropped the first trailer for season 5 of Netflix’s titled The Circle. It has promised all that and more. Heartstopper is Netflix’s Original romantic teen drama that revolved around the graphic novel by author Alice Oseman, the executive producer and the creator of the show. The story revolves around Nick and Charlie along with two British Grammar school bots who generate a romantic feelings for each other.
12. Vikings Valhalla
Vikings: Valhalla is currently the latest new spin-off on the History Channel’s Signature of the Vikings series on Netflix in 2022 and this has already been renewed for the third season. In the year 2021, Netflix’s original has come global at the point. Vikings: Valhalla is the upcoming Netflix Original drama that has been created by Michael Hirst and it is also the spin-off of the famous History Channel series, this series has been produced by MGM Productions like the previous one for six seasons.
