Brazil are set to use Juventus‘ training ground to prepare for the 2022 World Cup. The likes of Gleison Bremer, Danilo and Alex Sandro will find themselves in familiar surroundings if they are all called up to the national team for the World Cup.
The agreement has been finalised between the two parties, and Brazil will train there from 14 to 19 November ahead of the competition. Juventus’ last game prior to the tournament is on November 13 against Lazio.
Brazil to use Juventus’ training facility ahead of World Cup
The Turin-based training camp has four pitches, a gym, swimming pool and a physiotherapy area. So, the national team will be well taken care of during their preparations ahead of the World Cup.
All three Brazilian Juventus players will be expected to have a chance at getting called up. Bremer made his debut recently against Ghana, while Alex Sandro has earned 37 caps for the national team. He has missed out recently due to injury issues, but could make the team for the World Cup.
Danilo, on the other hand, has earned 46 caps for Brazil and also stands a chance at being involved. He has played all 10 games in Serie A so far, and could make the cut despite the poor form for Juventus this season.
