Asus will not make any delay to launch its Republic of Gamers gaming smartphone or the ROG Phone III as there is already some news spreading about the Lenovo Legion gaming smartphone in the market. But still according to all the rumors collected Asus is preparing to launch the next ROG smartphone in the month of July. Though there is not much news about this the brand has already declared the launch in a press release. Now this smartphone has received the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) certificate.
The same smartphone has also been spotted in Geekbench where nothing much has been revealed about this smartphone. From the EEC certificate, we came to know that it has the model number ZS661KS which is pretty similar to the ZS600KL of the first ROG Phone and ZS660KL of the second iteration.
Few specifications has also been rumored which says that it will feature Android 11, 8GB RAM as one of its variant and upto 256GB internal storage. No doubt a gaming smartphone in this generation will definitely pack such features, but there are high hopes that this device will also feature 144Hz refresh rate in the QHD+ display as most of the gaming smartphones use such high refresh rate for high end gaming experience. Whereas, ROG Phone 2 came with 30W fast charging and this time something better than 30W is expected from this device.
