Data miner AndyReloads discovered some stylish new armor concealed in the Assassins Creed Game files, which could be made available in a future update, as reported by Eurogamer. Users of the Advanced Mechanicals Armor Set have access to a chest-mounted energy beam that is very similar to Iron Man’s unibeam.
There are two colorways available for the set, with the Copper edition closely resembling Iron Man’s red and gold armor. Another Iron design is a sleek white version that more closely resembles a Star Wars Stormtrooper. These appear to be playful references rather than an official crossover because neither has a precise mention of the movies in question.
Additionally, the Advanced Mechanicals Armor Set includes a few other bits and pieces:
- Gore-Ripper One-Handed Sword
- Caladcholg Greatsword
- A seemingly Horizon Forbidden West-inspired mount
- Robot skin for Sync
- Animus-inspired Longship theme
Your Battle Cry ability is replaced by the unibeam, a forward-firing energy beam that seems to do area of effect and fire damage, while equipped with this new armor set.
We don’t yet know when these new items will be made playable, especially since AndyReloads previously blogged about a still-unreleased set that appears to refer to Thanos as far back as May.
