End of Work-From-Home life for Tesla Employees else leave the job says workaholic Musk

We know back in 2020, all of the tech companies which were able to continue working from home adopted the model of remote work without any asking. While a lot of companies are still very happy to continue that and employees are also happy to overwork if needed so provided they can continue their work-from-home lifestyle.

However, this is not the case with the world’s richest man Elon Musk, who always looks to push himself for a new challenge, because it is being reported that Musk has asked all his Tesla employees to return to the office. In the two leaked emails, CEO Elon Musk has stated to his employees that “remote work is no longer acceptable”.

He wants everyone at his disposal at Tesla to spend at least 40 hours per week in their respective office while one can do overwork from home. He also stated that the presence at the office is very important for senior employees and gave an example of his life when he used to spend nights at Tesla factories to figure out things else we all know Tesla could have gone bankrupt.

Musk has even gone further to mock companies that have eased in-person attendance at offices such as Apple. As you know, a reputed machine learning division employee left Apple just because the Cupertino giant was asking him to come to the office, he later joined Google.

So, it will be interesting to see if any Tesla employee does the same as well, however, Musk himself will be evaluating if any special cases where remote work will be necessary. However, do you support Elon’s decision of calling Tesla employees back to the office? Do let us know in the comments down below…😉
