Marvel earned huge popularity due to its superhero movies and shows. Disney+ has just finished the Egyptian God series Moon Knight, and last weekend Marvel has dropped the most-awaited fantastic sorcerer film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, if you think the Marvel team become tired, then you are wrong as Marvel is coming with another exciting series on the horizon titled ‘Ms. Marvel’.
Marvel already confirms that we are just one month away from the launch of the Disney+ series and said the countdown begins, MCU dropped the latest one-month teaser for the series to give a reminder to the fans that all of them will soon be going to watch another fantastic Marvel show.
The role of Ms. Marvel will be reprised by the star Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan. Vellani will appear to reprise the role of the character in Nia DaCosta’s Marvel’s coming year and the actor has also spoken previously about the importance and inspiring idea behind the character, who is a Muslim and Pakistani playing the role in the MCU.
Ms. Marvel: Teaser
The half-minute short teaser unveils Kamala Khan standing with her cycle on the bridge and staring at the sky, speaking about bad events that come true in her life, after that the teaser reveals how she becomes Ms. Marvel after wearing the golden bracelet. As the teaser continues it seems like this is one of the bad experiences in her life as she confesses this is not as great as we imagine. The teaser reveals her great power in how she protects herself from a bus accident.
After one month Muneeba Khan who is the mother of Kamala Khan also doesn’t understand what is happening with Kamala, but understands she is some kind of weirdo. The gigantic cosmic punch that unveils in the teaser is just awesome. Muneeba Khan also gives her the courage that what is she facing, she doesn’t have to do it alone. The short teaser ends with Kamala Khan’s word ‘Cosmic’.
Vellani said,” The fact that the show is being made and they are including this character in the MCU is” he also added,” I don’t really have to go out of my way to talk about being a Muslim and being Pakistani- it all comes out in the show. People seeing a person like me involved in a project as big as this is, I think, inspiring enough.”
Ms. Marvel is the first show of Vellani as an actor. She has spoken previously about how strange it is to watch herself on the screen, and also added, “terrifying but in a fun way.”
Vellani continued,” it’s weird. It’s really weird.” She also added,” watching yourself is like the most cursed thing ever. Like, I don’t know what I look like, and I realize that now. Like, you know what you look like when you eat, when you are happy, when you are sad, or when you run—running is the worst, in my opinion. Yeah, it’s terrifying, but in a fun way.”
Now Ms. Marvel elaborately describes the storyline ”Marvel Studios’ “Ms. Marvel” is a new, original series that introduces Kamala Khan, a Muslim American teenager growing up in New Jersey City. An avid gamer and a voracious fan-fiction scribe, Kamala is a super Hero mega-fan with an oversized imagination-particularly when it comes to Captain Marvel.
