A recent tweet from the Android TV Guide commonly known as @android_rumor has shared news about a smart TV with its model number, which showed the TV got its Google certification recently and is codenamed as “ikebukuro”. Previously we have shared the news about a Realme TV whose remote control got Bluetooth Certification.
They revealed that the TV may be a Realme smart TV as promised by the company during the last launch event of Realme 6 series. The Realme smart TV got its Google certification and was promised by the company to launch in Q2 2020, so this is the perfect time to pack in all kinds of certifications and get ready for the launch.
The tweet shared by @androidtv_rumor mentions that the TV got Google certification and is codenamed as “ikebukuro” which also refers to a Chang Hong based TV and is already being used by a few brands. The Realme smart TV will be powered by the MStar T16 processor — a company that is known to make SoCs for televisions, so the information should be reliable.
We can guess that the company will launch the Realme TV with 32″, 42″ and 55″ smart TVs and will feature OLED display. The Realme TV remote with model number RTRC1 bagged Bluetooth certification last month.
