Oppo has called up a launch event on 13th April where it will launch the Oppo Reno Ace 2 with some other gadgets. Oppo has dropped a very short teaser indicating the launch event and the teaser itself has no clue about the device itself. The company will launch a few gadgets including the smartphone, which are rumored to a wireless charger. Previously Oppo has launched an audio device yesterday.
The Oppo Reno Ace 2 is expected to feature the Snapdragon 865 chipset, 6.5-inch OLED display with a punch-hole cutout and a quad-camera setup with a 48 MP main shooter. The phone is rumored to have a 4,000 mAh battery with 65W wired fast charging capabilities. The Reno Ace 2 will also carry dual-mode 5G connectivity and will be offered in 8/128GB and 12/256 GB options.
The phone was spotted on TENAA recently, and it is seen to sport a hole-punch display and an Oreo-shaped quad-camera module. It is expected to come with 5G support, and offer 65W fast charging. A Wi-Fi alliance listing has hinted at Android 10 OS, Wi-Fi 6 support and support for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. The phone is tipped to feature a USB Type-C port.
