The realme GT Neo3 launched in China on the 22nd of March as the world’s fastest charging device. It is now headed to India and Malaysia as it has been listed on BIS and SIRIM certification sites.
Tipster Abhishek Yadav revealed this via a tweet today, the Bureau of Indian Standards refers to the Indian certification while SIRIM is the Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia.
The tipster expects the realme GT Neo3 to launch in April or May in India which makes sense considering Chinese devices usually take a month or two to reach the global market after they launch domestically.
The realme GT Neo3 comes in three colors, two of which have Le Mans-inspired racing stripes, which makes it aesthetically appealing, on the front, the display is a 6.7″ OLED display with an FHD+ resolution with 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate.
The realme GT Neo3 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chip which is based on TSMC’s 5nm process, this chip has outperformed the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 in benchmark tests.
In terms of photography, the realme GT Neo3 features a triple camera setup on the rear with a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, it has an 8MP ultrawide lens with a 2MP macro shooter. On the front, there it has a 16MP selfie shooter.
The device has a 4,500mAh battery that can go from 0-50% charge in under 5 minutes owing to its 150W charging support.
