Former skipper of Kolkata Knight Riders Gautam Gambhir was bought for 11.4 Cr in 2011 by the franchise.

KL Rahul

In 2018 KL Rahul was bought by Punjab Kings for a massive price of 11 Cr.

Glenn Maxwell

The last on the list is Glenn Maxwell. The Australian player was bought by Kings XI Punjab in 2020 for 10.75 Cr. The brand name of the franchise has been changed to Punjab Kings.
