Netflix has officially has dropped the trailer of Death to 20921. It is mainly the sequel of last year’s comedy special Death to 2020. The OTT platform has made it just recently by releasing the teaser clip and also some of the cast.
In this new special series, we will see the returning of Hugh Grant, Tracey Ullman, Samson Kayo, Joe Grant, Cristin Milloti, and also Diane Morgan who all were in last year’s specials.
Death to 2021: Details
It has been confirmed that at least Morgan will reprise her role from this last special as Gemma Merrick, “average British citizen” who has been featured in the clip that has been released by Netflix and also explaining the process of how she has been handled the dating in 2021. It was also declared that Lucy Liu, William Jackson Harper, Stockard Channing, and Nick Mohammed would become to participate in the cast as the new special.
It depicts about a year that is not like any other in history, it is a comedy event that has been t0old the story of another dreadful year. It is a landmark documentary-style special mixed-up archival footage that has been harvested from the year with commentary band also with such fictitious character that has been played by some of the world’s loving actors.
It is literally a comedy special that combines the footage of the real world from everything that has been happened in the year with humorous and most funny commentary from the fictional characters.
We will like to inform you that both of the specials have been created by Charlie Brooker and also the production company Broke & Bones with Annabel Jones and Ben Caudell has been served with the Brooker like the executive producers.
This show was narrated by Laurence Fishburne and also had been narrated by Samuel L Jackson, Lisa Kudrow, and Kumail Nanjiani, but now it is still unknown if there are any of them will be going to appear in the Death to 2021.
