Realme is all set to showcase its magnetic wireless charging technology, called MagDart, tomorrow i.e. August 3. This technology will debut on the Realme Flash smartphone. In the latest development, XDA Developers has shared a demo video of the MagDart charging solution.

Going by reports and leaks, the company’s MagDart charger will bring significantly faster wireless charging. Moreover, these charging speeds will reportedly go up to as high as a whopping 66W. Now, folks at XDA Developers have been able to get their hands on the company’s MagDart magnetic wireless charger. We can see both the charger and the Realme Flash in action.

Additionally, the video also showcases the Realme Flash which gives off the very first good look at the upcoming smartphone. Moreover, the leaked video also reveals certain specs of the Realme MagDart charger. For starters, the upcoming magnetic charger will draw 4.4 amperes of current at 4 volts. This results in a total wattage of 17.6W. Now, multiplying this figure by two allows us to get the total wattage as the Realme Flash comes with a dual-cell battery. Going by that, the total wattage comes to 35.2W.

So, the Realme Flash when paired up with the Realme MagDart offers a faster wireless charging when compared to the wired charging speeds of most mid-rangers. Although it will not really be the most efficient way of charging for it will lose a ton of energy to heat and other factors, it will still be convenient. Going wireless is the trend now and with MagDart, Realme will most likely pull it off with style.
