Ai+ Smartphone today announced the Nova 2 Power 5G, the latest addition to its Nova 2 Series. The company revealed key specifications, including the device’s design, colour options, and chipset, ahead of its consumer market debut.

The announcement was made in conjunction with the launch of Project Open Review 2.0, an initiative designed to invite independent evaluation of the Nova 2 Power 5G prior to its retail release. This program extends participation to reviewers, content creators, journalists, technology enthusiasts, and, for the first time, ethical hackers, allowing them to independently assess the device.

Ai+ Project Open Review 2.0 Expands Scope

Building on the initial Project Open Review, which registered over 700 participants, the 2.0 iteration broadens its reach by including ethical hackers. This expansion reflects Ai+ Smartphone’s stated commitment to transparency and aims to foster confidence in its products before they reach consumers. Participants in Project Open Review 2.0 will receive early, independent access to the Nova 2 Power 5G to evaluate its specifications and overall user experience without a mandate for positive feedback.

Design and Performance Specifications

The Nova 2 Power 5G introduces a design philosophy focusing on aesthetics and sustained performance. It will be available in two dual Colour Fusion finishes: Golden Blue Fusion, which combines muted gold and deep navy blue in a gradient, and Blue Fusion, featuring a transition from cool ocean blue to sunset orange. This design approach aims to integrate contrasting tones for a distinct visual identity, acknowledging the smartphone’s role as a personal style extension.

Internally, the Nova 2 Power 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset. Built on a 6nm process, this processor is intended to deliver a balance of sustained performance and power efficiency. The device will operate on NxtQuantum OS, Ai+ Smartphone’s proprietary mobile operating system.

Madhav Sheth, CEO of Ai+ Smartphone and Founder of NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, commented on the launch. He stated that the Nova 2 Power represents an evolution for the Nova Series, integrating performance with a distinct design identity. Sheth further emphasized that while the Dimensity 7100 provides the performance foundation and the new Colour Fusion finishes offer differentiation, the company believes in earning consumer confidence through initiatives like Project Open Review 2.0.

Further details regarding the Nova 2 Power 5G, including additional specifications, pricing, and availability, are expected to be announced closer to its official consumer launch.
