Idol trainees aren’t supposed to fall in love — but somebody forgot to tell Han Jae Ha and Choi Annie. New stills from MBC Plus’s “My Idol, My Debut” have fans buzzing over a forbidden romance blooming in the middle of a K-pop survival story.

What’s Happening in My Idol, My Debut

“My Idol, My Debut” follows a devoted fan who time-slips eight years into the past to stop a tragic accident from happening — and accidentally ends up training to become an idol herself. It’s the kind of premise that only makes sense in K-pop culture, where fandom devotion runs deep enough to bend time itself.

Character	Played By	Role in Story
Han Jae Ha	THE BOYZ’s Q	Perfectionist trainee falling for Annie
Choi Annie	Hwang Ji Ah	Time-traveling fan turned trainee
E.Sun	Lee Jin Hyuk	BOY TO THE MOON’s mood-maker

The Stills That Broke the Internet

The new photos show Han Jae Ha leaning against a wall, gazing at Choi Annie with a softness that’s a far cry from his usual buttoned-up personality. Annie, meanwhile, can barely hide how excited she is. Another shot catches the two quietly holding hands in a hallway, clearly trying (and failing) to keep their growing feelings under wraps.

It’s the classic trainee-room slow burn — stolen glances, secret touches, and the constant risk of getting caught.

E.Sun Keeps the Vibe Light

While Jae Ha and Annie navigate their secret romance, Lee Jin Hyuk’s E.Sun is busy being the glue of the group. His easy charm and quick wit make him the team’s go-to guy for lightening the mood, and his playful dynamic with Jae Ha adds a fun bromance layer to balance out all the romantic tension.
