Fans have been waiting, and now it’s official. Hwang In Youp is heading out on his third global fan meeting tour, aptly titled “To you,” and this time the journey spans two continents.

Where and When You Can Catch Him

The tour kicks off in Seoul on August 23, then heads to Shanghai, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, Santiago, and São Paulo, with Osaka and Tokyo stops to be confirmed later. It’s his biggest run yet, following his debut tour in 2022 and the “IN LOVE” tour back in 2024. Fans in Asia and South America are getting equal love this time around, spreading the tour across a much wider map than before.

Why This Tour Feels Different

This run comes right after the wrap of his ENA drama “Dream to You,” which gives the tour extra weight. Rather than just performing for fans, Hwang In Youp will get the chance to share behind-the-scenes stories from filming and reflect on the experience in person — something fans of the drama have been hoping for since it aired.

According to his agency, more tour stops could still be added, so fans outside these 11 cities shouldn’t count themselves out just yet. In the meantime, “Dream to You” remains available to stream for anyone catching up before the tour rolls through.

Fan meeting tours have become a defining part of how K-drama and K-pop stars connect with global audiences, a cultural shift documented on Wikipedia.
