Trade comparisons point to Bhooth Bangla, which opened at a similar Rs. 12 crore nett and went on to gross Rs. 170 crore nett, versus Welcome to the Jungle, which is expected to close under Rs. 140 crore nett despite a stronger Rs. 15 crore opening — with Dhamaal 4 hoping to follow the former’s trajectory.

Holdover films Alpha and Welcome to the Jungle also dropped sharply in the morning compared to the previous day, though a modest evening recovery is expected given already-low business levels.
