Trisha Krishnan Unfollows Thalapathy Vijay: Birthday Silence Sparks Relationship Speculation in 2026

The internet went into detective mode on June 22, 2026. Thalapathy Vijay turned 52, and like every year, birthday wishes flooded in from colleagues and fans. But one person was noticeably absent: Trisha Krishnan. And that’s raising some serious questions about what’s really going on between these two actors.

Here’s the tea: Trisha reportedly unfollowed Vijay on social media, and more dramatically, she didn’t post a single birthday wish—something she’s apparently done in previous years. Fans immediately picked up on the absence, sparking wild theories about a potential fallout.

Trisha Krishnan Timeline: When Did Things Change?

The Background: A Complicated Chapter

Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha Krishnan were co-stars in Ghilli, where their on-screen chemistry was undeniable. Recently, they’ve been spotted together at various public and industry events, sparking romance rumors. Neither has officially commented, but the internet has been doing its thing—speculating, analyzing, and creating conspiracy theories.

What makes this birthday silence particularly noteworthy is the pattern. If Trisha had previously sent birthday wishes on social media, this year’s quiet demeanor suggests something shifted. Whether it’s a misunderstanding, a deliberate move, or just changed circumstances remains unclear.
