Seven boys from Seoul. One of the biggest stages on the planet. Could it actually happen? In a candid new interview, BTS addressed the question every ARMY has been thinking — and the answer is more exciting than you’d expect.

BTS on the Super Bowl: What Each Member Said

Member	Take on Super Bowl
RM	Open to it — says changing global mindsets will make it possible
Jimin	Would love it — but says an invite is required first
Jin	Has already imagined what their halftime performance would look like

“If There’s a Chance, We Definitely Want To”

RM, speaking to Rolling Stone, acknowledged it’s a massive stage but noted that changing global attitudes could make it a reality, saying: “Maybe if time goes by, and the thoughts in the people change… if there’s a chance, we definitely want to someday.”

He pointed to the global embrace of Korean culture — from Parasite winning the Oscars to K-pop’s worldwide dominance — as signs that the world is shifting fast. And honestly? He’s not wrong.

Jimin expressed enthusiasm but kept it real: “We can’t do it unless we’re invited.” Jin, meanwhile, is already daydreaming about the stage setup. Classic Jin energy.

It’s worth noting that this year’s Super Bowl Halftime Show saw Bad Bunny make history as the first non-English performer to headline it — a powerful sign that the doors are slowly opening for global artists.

Compared to Taylor Swift and Harry Styles — And Their Humble Response

When pressed about comparisons to megastars like Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, and Harry Styles, BTS refused to take the bait. RM responded with characteristic humility: “They are greater artists than us. We’re just so small. We’re just a boy band from Korea.”

The numbers, of course, tell a completely different story. BTS recently became the only K-pop act to top the Billboard 200 for three consecutive weeks with their album ARIRANG. A “small boy band” doesn’t do that.

The ARIRANG World Tour: 85 Stops, One Year

BTS kicked off their ARIRANG World Tour with three sold-out shows in Goyang, South Korea, and will continue for another year across 85 stops in total. That’s a global juggernaut in full motion — and a Super Bowl performance feels less like a dream and more like a matter of when, not if.
