Why the 9,000mAh Battery Is the Real Star

The Nord 6 packs a 9,000mAh Silicon-Carbon battery with 15% silicon content, with OnePlus claiming up to 2.5 days of moderate usage, 26.9 hours of YouTube streaming, or 6.3 hours of 4K video recording at 60fps on a single charge.

That’s a battery bigger than the OnePlus 15 flagship — in a phone that should cost nearly half the price. The 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging handles a full top-up in around 70 minutes, and bypass charging reduces heat during gaming sessions.

A Gaming Beast in Mid-Range Clothing

The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 is built on a 4nm node with a 1+3+4 CPU layout led by a Cortex-X5 core clocked at up to 3.2GHz, alongside an Adreno 835 GPU. OnePlus claims an AnTuTu score of 2,503,854 under test conditions.

A dedicated Touch Reflex Chip enables a 3200Hz instant touch sampling rate, and the Nord 6 supports sustained 165 FPS gameplay in titles like BGMI, Call of Duty Mobile, and Free Fire MAX — a first in its segment. Add Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a six-axis gyro, and this looks like a gamer’s dream under ₹40,000. Read more about OnePlus phones launching in India on TechnoSports.
